We are a family of four adults. Traveling to Seattle for the first time for one week. Son was attending PAX 2016. We couldn't be any closer to the Convention Center. We looked at a map of Seattle and decided that a Stay Alfred apartment at Premiere on Pine was the best choice for us. We chose a two bedroom apartment , #1405 on the 14th floor. Booking and arrival was so easy. Only 4 blocks away from the train station from Seatac. If you have a car (we will next time) parking is available.Shops, Malls, Cafes. All within walking distance. A wonderful Gym onsite and the views from the 40th floor indoor and outdoor communal lounge was to die for. When we come back to Seattle. Will we stay at a Stay Alfred apartment at Premiere on Pine. Oh yes.
I stayed for 5 nights with my mom, sister, and 16-mo. old niece. The size of the unit was great for us, and the location was perfect - walkable to the sights, shopping, cafes, and restaurants downtown. Driving / parking in the area is crowded, so it's a good idea to use the parking spot in this building if you have a car. We enjoyed the views from the lounge on the 40th floor, which has spots to relax both indoors and outside. The main thing preventing me from giving my experience 5 stars is that the linens (sheets, blankets, towels) were not very comfortable or clean. My towels, sheets, and blankets all had yucky looking spots on them. Even if they had been clean, they were very thin/scratchy, and I'm not generally very picky about this. With more attention to the quality and cleanliness of the linens, this would be a 5 star experience.
Really enjoyed this property. The location was perfect, the gym was super nice, the 40th floor deck and common area are amazing and everything is very secure. I liked it so much, I will probably only stay there on my future trips to Seattle, which come often.
A colleague and I stayed here while attending a conference at the Seattle Sheraton. The location was terrific, with only a three block walk to the meeting site. The unit itself was immaculately clean and well-appointed with everything one would need to stay for some time. There is a nice grocery store just up Pike Street with most things needed to stock the apartment. This apartment was on the 23rd floor with a great view of downtown. Check in and out was fast and friendly. The front door clerks helped me arrange a ride to the airport for an early morning flight that went off without a hitch. I think this is the perfect place to visit Seattle for a weekend or even longer. I would come here again with enthusiasm.
Booking was easy and the Premiere on Pine is incredible! Fast elevators, close to everything, the roof top grill and kitchen are awesome, as is the pool table and theater room on the 40th floor. The unit is well decorated, and bottled water, snacks, and fast internet was included. Beds were super comfortable, showers were strong, and the entire place was spotless.
Clean, comfortable, safe and gorgeous! Close to Pikes Place Market, walk to the Metro, and close to many great restaurants. We would stay here again and again.
