The house in question is on the top floor of a house, 100sqm of internal area of the house.
Covered garage for 2 cars (3 if small). holding up to 15 people, 7 in the beds and the other 8 in the mattress on the floor.

The house is located 10 minutes by car from the center (1,5km) and 10 minutes by car (2km) from Praia Grande and Tenório. With easy access to the highway to go to beaches in the northern region, such as Praia do Felix and Prumirim (20km).
It is located a few blocks from markets, wineries, pharmacy and bakeries.

Following is the property description:

- 3 rooms one suite, totaling 7 places in bed and 8 mattresses to put on the floor.
- 2 social bathrooms and 1 bathroom of the suite.
- Large living room with six seater dining table, sofa set, 32p LCD TV and WIFI.

- Kitchen with 4-seater 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator and all other necessary utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, blender, coffee maker, etc).

Muito bom

Estivemos em 9 pessoas nos dias 03 a 07/01/2018. A casa tem tudo o que foi anunciado e tudo de boa qualidade, até mesmo a internet, que era uma necessidade nossa, atendeu bem. Sr. Manoel e família, anfitriões, são muito prestativos, atenciosos e totalmente discretos, mesmo morando no primeiro piso não se percebe a presença deles ali. Tivemos um problema com um eletrodoméstico e o mesmo foi prontamente substituído pelo Sr. Manoel. Para deslocamento as praias é necessário utilizar carro, mas isso não é problema, uma vez que estando em Ubatuba você vai querer conhecer diversas praias, então esteja onde estiver, vai ter usar o carro. Família Marçal, agradecemos a recepção e atenção com nossa família, abraço, Deus os abençoe.
