It also boasts a living area consisting of TV with remote, DVD with remote, games, books, and video library, 3 x 2 seater couches, 2 lounge chairs, ceiling fan, large coffee table and billiard table.

Also located on the ground level you will find 3 bedrooms made up of 1 x Queen bed, 1 x 2 double bunks and 1 with1 single bed and 1 double bunk;  all with doonas, pillows, with queen bedroom having lamps and bedside cabinets. The spacious downstairs bathroom features a spacious separate shower, vanity, large separate free standing bath and toilet.

The 1st level consists of a large kitchen with electric hot plates and oven, copious bench space, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, all crockery and utensils, large dining table with 12 chairs. The living area on this 1st level contains 3 x 2 seater couches,  2 lounge chairs, TV with remote, DVD with remote, games, books and videos, large coffee table with Coonara heater

There are an additional 3 bedrooms on the 1st level comprising of 3 x Queens, one with an additional single bed, all with doonas and pillows, lamps and bedside cabinets. The huge 2nd bathroom has a separate shower, vanity, toilet and upright washing machine.

The 1st level decking has a large table with 10 chairs with an additional table and 2 chairs and BBQ.

There is plenty of parking, catering for up to 4 cars

    All dog droppings must be removed from premises prior to departure.

    Your dog must not be taken inside the premises unless the property listing states otherwise.

    If the property listing specifies pets are allowed inside, you are required to remove all traces of your pet from inside the property prior to departure.

    A fee of $50 is charged and payable when booking your accommodation.

    The owner of the dog is liable for any damage caused to the premises or resulting loss suffered by the property owner.

    It is the occupiers’ responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the rear yard of the premises.

    A barking or aggressive dog will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in the termination of your booking.
