In 2023/2024 the entire exterior of the building was completely removed down to the steel beams. Fire and waterproofing was corrected to current code. New exterior walls/painting was done - looks like a brand new building. Summerhouse is probably the safest oceanfront building in the Charleston area now!!

In the past year, the master bath has been remodeled with a large marble tiled walk-in shower with glass doors for easy access. New flooring was added throughout the condo. All windows have been replaced with hurricane proof double pained windows. As stated above, the entire exterior of the building was removed, repaired, and repainted!!

Pickleball Players, Wild Dunes has added 4 pickleball courts for your playing pleasure. They are located on court 18 at the tennis facility. Bring your paddles!
