The cottage is in a very picturesque turn of the century community situated on the St. Lawrence River. Excellent swimming, huge deep water dock shared by others in small community. Boat tours, casino, fishing, 25 mi bike path, live theatre, waterfront restaurants, artisans studios, antiquing, antique boat museum, etc.

It is very unusual for a cottage to be available to rent in this beautiful community. All other cottages are used by their owners and are very well maintained. The residents in the community are friendly yet quiet. The proximity to boat tours, casino, good restaurants, etc. is excellent. Groceries, local market, etc. are ten min. away.

This newer cottage is bright, cheery and very comfortable. Situated on a small lot in a very picturesque turn of the century community with Victorian cottages originally built in the late 1800's. Tenants share the extremely large dock with others from the small community. Many boat slips extend off the main dock. This cottage has its own boat slip and one can sit on it for privacy. The swimming is excellent--deep and clean. There is a small beach for young children-although not a sandy one. There is a diving tower, diving board and raft.
