Modern new duplex in the heart of Seville at a walking distance from main sights

Right in the center of Seville, between the commercial and historic center, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the conveniences of the city. In addition to its central location, a peaceful and enjoyable stay is assured given that the apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street.

This luxurious and spacious duplex with a modern decor, measures 66 m2. Everything has recently been renovated and remodeled (March 2017) with a brand new kitchen, utilities, and furniture…. All including central air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, plasma screen TV, oven and microwave…..everything anyone could possibly need for a pleasant stay.

This duplex has one master bedroom in one floor, and upstairs a full size sofa bed for two additional guests

Close to the river and the main bus station, El Corte Inglés (department store), Cinemas, shops, monumental area. Flamenco bars and night life. Only at 10 minutes walking from the cathedral and the santa cruz neighbourhood.

About Juan Luis Pantoja

46 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

The apartment is very nice and confortable. It is equiped whit all you can have in your own house. Silent, calm but right in the heart of the city where all the commercial area, monuments and night life places are situated. It is very important for me to make tenants feel as at home and that is at the end, the most important thing.

What makes this apartment unique

After 12 years renting the apartment, i know exactly what tenants look for. In March 2017 i have remodelated and renovated totally the apartment. Everything new and with a different style. I hope you like it. For me, the best, the coorner for the "siesta" time, with the two armchair. Amazing.

For resting, there is a Large double (Queen) 60-63 in / 150-160 cm bed. Wide cupboard. Sofa in the room, although, the apartment is designed for 2 persons.. Wide room and comfortable. Far from noises. Upstairs in the dinning room there is a new comfortable sofa bed, just in case. Hope I can welcome you to my house.

Well located. We enjoyed the uniquely decorated compact apartment for two.

This is a great little apartment, not far from most of the main sites. It is perfect for a couple. The downstairs bedroom is dark and cool, which makes it wonderful for good sleeping. And the bed was awesome. We will use it again if we are in Seville. For the size, location and beauty I give it a "5."

Wonderful Time in Sevilla

We spent 4 wonderful days in Sevilla. It was a fun, stress free adventure due in large part to Juan Luis and his great apartment. The apartment is situated on a quiet street in the Museum district. We easily walked to all the attractions and could come back to this lovely apartment for a little restorative time in less than half an hour. If you are not inclined to walk, public transit is near by, as are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Juan Luis' apartment is modern and beautiful. Having the bedroom downstairs, made for many good night sleeps. Juan Luis provided all the essentials we could possibly need. He also sent us a very helpful email before our arrival that gave us information on restaurants and shopping throughout Sevilla. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Sevilla.

Quiet, clean, convenient

We stayed 4 nights in this apt in Seville. It’s located on a quiet street, but convenient and within walking distance to all attractions in the historic district and shopping; the El Cortez Inglesa store is only 7 minutes away.

It’s has 2 floors, the main floor is ground level and the bedroom is a spiral staircase below. The kitchen is well equipped. The wifi worked. It’s clean.

We had a couple of minor problems but Juan Luis, the owner, responded very quickly. ( The shower wasn’t draining properly and we got locked out once because the key to the door is a bit tricky so make sure you can consistently open the door before being left on your own.)

I would not recommend it for families with small children or people with mobility issues because of the spiral staircase. It’s quite a tight spiral and might be dangerous for them.

I am sorry the picture of the spiral stair is not clear enough. It is a normal spiral stair but not properly for a person wih problem of movility. Thank you once again for your advice. ;)

Old town gem

We were given so much info for eating, what to do, local towns and so much more from owner, it was very much appreciated and very helpful.

Location was excellent, all within 10 minute walk from centre of old town, given advice on local eateries (Very good local food & cheap)

Apartment itself was well presented and maintained, in a very quiet street.

Only one problem with sink which was fixed that day, (Thank you Juan )

New washing machine so found it difficult to follow settings but agin Juan will deal with this & translate for guests

We do not hesitate to recommend this apartment. PEter & Marie Australia

' The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the city (Alfaqueque Street, next to the Plaza del Museo and parallel to the famous Alfonso XII Street). Parking optional at 5 euros per night. The duplex, measuring 66 m2, has recently been renovated and refurbished. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room. The other floor has an open-plan bedroom with a toilet and a wide wardrobe and a living-room with another sofá. The ceilings are 4.5 metres high, giving the residence an even greater sense of room and space.
