Our home has been fully renovated to provide luxury finishes while preserving the character and history of this classic New Orleans style home. The house features 3 bedrooms (2 master suites and 1 queen room). Both Master suites are equipped with flat screen televisions. The home features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath/powder room, Large side porch and backyard, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, dining room and spacious living room to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We understand there are many choices of hospitality in New Orleans and have equipped the house with luxuries to compete with any hotel. Features include: luxury bedding, down and down alternative luxury pillows, french terry towels, brand new appliances, cookware, dinnerware and server ware. We truly want to provide a perfect environment to relax and recharge while enjoying all that New Orleans has to offer. Wifi and upgraded cable included in stay. The location of our home is perfect to enjoy all areas of New Orleans. You are steps from Frenchman restaurants, art market, music and galleries on Royal. 5 minutes to Jackson Square or Bourbon. We share a block with Horn's Restaurant which is routinely named a top brunch pick in New Orleans. It is open breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner 7 days a week for easy take out or excellent dine in option. Our block also has a great convenience market with groceries, wine, beer and other must have items to stock the house. Too many perks to describe, come visit!

As a couple we enjoy traveling. Our great passions include food and music. No city embodies both more than New Orleans. We have both been coming to this city for many years and just recently purchased a second home here. We treat this like our home and have equipped it to rival the luxurious experience of any hotel in New Orleans. We provide a book to access and operate everything int he house as well as a list of our recommendations for local eats, libations and music in the neighborhood.

Beautifully restored house in a perfect location, very responsive owners

I rented this property for my sister's 40th birthday trip. There were five of us coming in from different states, my sister and I drove in from St Louis. There was parking available right in front of the house which was really convenient. You do have to enter in the back of the house after coming through a key coded gate and another code for the door. We got in with no issues.

The pictures do not do the house justice, the restoration work is amazing and the property has so much character as well as modern convenience. The decor is subdued and all NOLA. There was plenty of room for all of us to lounge, congregate, get ready and sleep. We didn't make much use of the kitchen as there is so many places to eat in NOLA, but it was well appointed with dishes, wine glasses and silverware. There are also plenty of sundries in the pantry and condiments in the fridge.

The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of closet space for what we needed. The beds were comfortable, but a little squeaky, which I only mention because we were sharing beds. The middle bedroom is probably the quietest of the three with the front bedroom being the loudest by far. You will definitely hear vehicles, people walking by and the train that comes through, but, we did NOT hear Frenchman street at all. So if you are a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs or picking a room toward the back of the house.

The bathrooms had plenty of soft towels, soap/shampoo, qtips and cotton pads, hair dryer, etc... The water pressure in the back bedroom is a little weak but there was plenty of hot water. There is a double vanity with is great for being able to get ready at the same time. We did not use the lovely tub while we were there. The middle bathroom was great according to my cousin, just have to hold the handle to make the toilet flush. Powder room was big enough to hair/makeup, but man that door has a loud squeak, you didn't want to close it at night if people were sleeping.

Location, perfect. We could walk to French Quarter in ten mins and Frenchman in three. If you walk across the street you will be at Horns which serves an incredible breakfast. And the Ruby Slipper is only a few minutes further, also delish. We felt safe in the neighborhood, my sis went running every morning and never felt worried. The gated yard and key codes were easy for everyone to work with and no keys to lose. We ubered a lot, no problems finding the property.

Perfect house in the perfect location!

The house is truly stunning. The beds were the most comfortable we'd slept on in any other vacation rental property we've stayed in to date! We also really appreciated was how complete the amenities were. Lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies eliminated our need to run out to the grocery store to buy the basic necessities. The attention to detail was flawless!
