We provide housekeeping service from Monday to Sat . There will be no housekeeping on Sunday and Public Holidays. We place a high emphasis on the standard of our housekeeping service. You will be able to experience the quality of our service when you are staying with us.

Right at the doorstep of our service residences is the Marina Bay Link mall, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, banks and a host of fashion retailers.

For nature lover, Gardens By The Bay is also around the corner for you to enjoy a run in the fresh air along the 9.5km track that offer eye-catching view of dragon boats and canoes, the lush green landscape of the Kallang Park and an impressive close-up of the Singapore Flyer.
Numerous feeder bus services are available nearby and if you are rushing for time, our residences has its own dedicated taxi stand for your convenience to travel to other parts of Singapore.
Driving to the vibrant Orchard Road shopping belt from our residences takes about 15 minutes, via Rochor Road. It is also a short drive to one-stop shopping destinations such as Suntec City and Marina Square and Marina Bay Sands, which host hundreds of retail shops ranging from luxury fashion to daily necessities.
Other Things to Note
Do take note that due to the high volume of bookings that we have, we reserve the right to seek your approval to move the guests to another similar apartment at another/same location if there are any un-forseen changes to the availability of the booked apartment before your check-in date.
If agreed, we will refund the difference in rental value of the two apartments in cash after you check-in. If you do not agree, we will cancel the booking and have HomeAway refund the booking amount in full to you. We will do our best to make sure that such situations will not take place.

If your flight depart at about 2000 hrs and you wish to depart from the apartment at 1800 hrs then you need to purchase a half day rate ticket amounting to Singapore Dollars: $225/- excludes service fees to -------.
NB: Please kindly request for a half-day ticket and we will send to you for acceptance
FACILITES such as Swimming Pool and Gym are complimentary. Please remember to bring along your access cards for access.

BABY / TODDLER
We are baby friendly. We have baby cot, mattress, bed sheets, pillow, reclining chair and high chair available on request.
We also have foldable mattress, pillows and blankets ON LOAN @ SG$30 per set per day to our occupiers upon request.
NB: Kindly advise us prior to check in if you wish to have the items on loan to you.

A SELF CHECK OUT:
Kindly leave the door Access Card/s on the TV console and text us a message when you leave or call our Hotline.
B ATTENDANCE CHECK OUT
Please advise us the time you wish to check out and our Service Crew will arrive 15 minutes prior to your check out time to help you with your belonging and also help you to flag down taxi for your onwards journey to the next destination.
House Rules: We seek your understanding and cooperation to treat our apartment just like your own home, and to help us keep our apartment well-maintained for each and every one of our guests.
1. No Parties / Gatherings
Out of respect to our neighbors and so as not to cause any inconvenience to them, we do not allow any house parties and social gatherings to be organized in our apartment.
2. No Smoking Policy
We do not allow smoking in our apartment. Please refrain from smoking in our apartment at all times. For guests who do not comply with our no smoking policy, the penalty imposed will be twice of the daily room rate, made at the point of booking.
3. Penalty for Missing / Damaged Key Card
A penalty of SGD100 will be charged to guests if they have misplaced or damaged our key card.
4. Pet Policy
We do not allow any pets in our apartment.
Well where do I start. I was told we could drop our bags at 'the sail'. This was not the case. The contact did not speak English well enough to be able to communicate which is unacceptable. It was almost impossible to contact them. We never received a second apartment access card (despite numerous requests) and with four of us that was nearly impossible to organise. Having to always stay in contact and have someone come downstairs to let us in every time is ridiculous. Our bags (once we worked out where to take them) were not available in our room when we arrived despite assurances they would be and it took many many MANY times calling over and over until someone even answered to get a response. Finally after several hours of chasing - our bags arrived in a taxi unaccompanied! I would not recommend this place. Especially as 'the sail' does not allow rentals under 6 months (or rather it is illegal) and we felt like we weren't supposed to be there. Not a great feeling for a holiday. Every time we went to the pool area we felt like we were being watched and judged. The room was good and the housekeeping was good but overall I would never stay here again.
Excellent apartment. everything ran smoothly from when we arrived at the airport with the transfer to the apartment. Very nice staff. We went for the Formula 1 and was in a great location to everything. 2 different mrt stations very close giving you 2 different train lines to use. Very clean and well looked after apartment with great facilities on the 8th floor where the pools are. Highly recommend.
We really appreciated being met at airport and having the ability to store our bags till we could get in to the apartment.
Harold was always quick to reply to any communications, the property is in a great location close to underground malls and MRT as well as within walking range to Marina Sands. Nice touch was the offer of a free shuttle from the airport. We were met by one of his people and a driver.
Good location. The roo was very clean. The mate came every days.
Nice place I feel comfortable. The room was big. I highly recommend here. Harold is good host and helpful.
Harold has a great crew to take care of guests. The location is superb with shopping and Metro right underneath building. Get a tourist metro card and a tourist SIM card and you will be set. We did not get the room advertised but it doesn't really matter as all the apts are about the same
One thing that could be improved on is the part of meeting guests and showing their appt. Harold has a gal that does this and she is not very friendly. Her lack of English skills compounds the problem as well.
