312 Barrington Court- 3rd Floor Oceanfront!

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in luxurious Barrington Court! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa has an open floor plan with room to socialize throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living space and patio offer phenomenal ocean views! Take advantage of the perfect outdoor spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening!

The Barrington complex has a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach. Barrington Court has everything you will need for your next family vacation.

* Per the Regime - As of 4/1, the Pool is open, however, the concrete pool deck needs to be removed to repair a leak in the pool at a later
date, and at this time we are not sure when they will close down again. The Spa is undergoing renovations and they hope to have it opened by Mid-June. Call to inquire

Ocean front perfect full view feels private.
This unit has a perfect view of the ocean and gardens below. Easy access to the beach. Off to the side of the busyness of the pool. Condo 312 is peaceful and very well set up. We did have a problem with the refrigerator which our property manager immediately took care of. We will be back. This unit is set up perfectly for two couples or a sister trip with plenty of privacy for each.

Beautiful property - very quiet.

Great Beach Condo
The condo was comfortable and suited our needs very well. Would definitely rent again. It was difficult to find, however. From the street, this building lies behind another building and is not clearly marked. The street sign lists units 600-700 but does not mention the 300 building. When checking in after dark it was very difficult to find.
