Great home base for fun!

My wife and I enjoyed the condo. The photos make it seem as though you have a full view of the ocean, but there is another building that blocks some of the view. But it is still a nice balcony. The condo has nice but basic amenities but had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. And the access to the beach was great. We used the place as a base for our day trips. There is so much within a short distance. We walked to dinner and drinks every night and drove to the rainforest and other beaches during the day. As well as using the beach right out front. Overall the place was good. The only complaint was that is has a slight smell like it used to be a smokers condo. It was faint but noticeable. One evening someone on another balcony was smoking weed. We had to close the balcony and windows due to the smell. But that was only one evening.

Quick vacation

A much needed few days away from the cold. The area is perfect with most things within walking distance. place was clean and will meet all your basic needs. The facility and the apartment is a bit dated and requires some updates. The gate outside the door made me a bit apprehensive, but it turn out to be okay.

Newly remodeled one-bed room apartment on one of the finest beaches of Puerto Rico, Isla Verde Beach. As a touristic district a few minutes from the SJU International Airport, Isla Verde hosts upscale beachfront hotels and is a popular nightlife and dining destination. It is close to everything you need.

During the day you can enjoy many water sports and activities at the beach, or explore the surrounding areas (Old San Juan, Mall of San Juan, Plaza las Americas Mall, Pinones mangrove forest, etc), and at night, you can enjoy entertainment activities at the clubs and casinos.

The apartment has a stunning ocean view, and has just been remodeled. Just see the photos!
