It's a pretty house terminated to build in 2008. It's built on two level and it's composed by a living room with crystal service, two sofa and fireside. The living room is comunicating with a kitchen and with a beautiful garden . On earth level there are also a wash room with washing machine. On level one there are two bathroom and a bathroom with bath. There are also two terrace where is possible to get tanned or to relax. The beach is about ten minutes to walk or three minutes with bike or car. Near the garden there is a park car.

Alles so wie erwartet !

Sehr gepflegtes Haus ! Es eignet sich für eine Familie mit Kindern . Es gibt ein Elternschlafzimmer und zwei Kinderzimmer . Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles hat wunderbar gepasst . Wir kommen gerne wieder

Fantastisk sted og vert

Vi var en familie på 5 (to voksne og 3 barn) som leide dette fine huset noen dager i sommer. Luigi var verdens hyggeligste vert! Han hentet oss på togstasjonen og da vi ankom huset stod det oliven, plommer og sitron fra hagen på bordet (og hjemmelaget olivenolje og lokal vin). Huset hadde god plass til oss 5 og alt fungerte. Sentral beliggenhet i rolig boligstrøk. Kort vei (gangavstand) til butikker, restauranter og strender. Vi anbefaler Luigis bosted på det varmeste.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen in Diano Marina. Der Empfang von Luigi war sehr herzlich, es gab tolle Willkommensgeschenke - Wein, Olivenöl, Oliven und Obst aus dem Garten - so nett und aufmerksam. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet: Geschirr, Besteck, Gartenmöbel, Klimaanlage.... bis hin zu guten Waschmaschine. Es fehlt nichts. Das Parken ist direkt am Haus, sicher hinter einem Tor und auch für ein großes Auto geeignet. Das Haus steht in einer kleinen Straße und es ist sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand und in der Stadt und der tollen Fußgängerzone. Hier sind viele wunderbare Restaurants, Bars, Bäckereien und viele kleine Boutiquen. Wir haben hier das tolle Essen, Aperitivos und Espressi und die langen Spaziergänge, auch an der Promenade sm Meer sehr genossen. Supermärkte sind auch zahlreich im der Nähe vorhanden. Also alles perfekt! Hier kann man einen rundum wunderbaren Urlaub genießen! Vielen Dank lieber Luigi! Wir kommen sicher wieder. Bis bald :-) Sonia
