1210 Bale is a three bedroom apartment interdependently managed by our office within the Bale resort at South Kingscliff. Features of the resort include resort pool, fantastic poolside lounge area, massive balcony from the Apartment and the convenience of shopping and dining set in a beachside resort shopping precinct.

Waiting for you to book is this three bedroom apartment within the bale resort at South Kingscliff, independently managed by our office. This quality apartment features Austar, and due to the floor layout being an "end" apartment this apartment is a full 3-bedroom apartment.

The floor plan sees 2 king beds in both bedroom 1 & 2 and 2 king single beds in the third bedroom with a leafy outlook toward the pool area. This apartment offers ocean views over parkland from the main bedroom and lounge and the second bedroom overlooking the pool area. There is a fully equipped full kitchen with quality appliances for you to use during your stay including full oven, dishwasher and even a wine refrigerator.

There are two bathrooms in this property with the main bedroom having an ensuite featuring a luxury spa bath with multiple jets, double basins and a shower that has the standard shower head plus rain shower head. There is also access to the main balcony off the main bedroom. Parking is an under the building with security parking for 2 cars. The in ground pool is heated in winter for your comfort and also included to guests is complimentary usage of resort facilities tennis court (racquet hire additional fee) and gymnasium.

PLEASE NOTE: Linen is provided for all beds in this property. Unfortunately, beach towels are not included. Also, this apartment is located in a resort and therefore there are safes within the apartment, however you will not be able to use these, as we as an agent are not given the access codes.

This property is being managed by an offsite Real Estate Agent and it is very important that guests understand that booking is through our Office being Kingscliff Sales and Rentals and that we are not associated with the Mantra Group, and not a hotel or that we do not provide hotel services and guests do not have access to all of the same services as those as included in a room operated by the Mantra Group.

This includes (check in, guest registration and full payments, Collection of keys and reporting of maintenance) which is made specifically through an Offsite Real Estate Agent being this office. Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm Saturdays. After hours key collection at our place of business can be arranged only if the booking is paid in full prior to arrival. Should a complaint/ issue arise after hours then the guest will have to call the offsite Real Estate Agencys office after hours phone service and be called back or wait until the next business day when we are next in the office. Check out arrangements as well are to be through the offsite Real Estate only.

It is also important for guests to understand that as we are an offsite Real Estate Agent we do not offer daily cleaning, tea and coffee condiments, soaps or shampoos, milk, beach towels or access to charge back arrangements at the restaurant and bar reception, direct dial telephones, onsite luggage storage, and dry cleaning nor will they will be able to contact on site management and onsite reception should they have a problem with their room. Please note that linen is only supplied in rooms specifically stated.
