This unit is just across the road from the beach and is only a short drive to Kirra and Coolangatta for restaurants, cafes and shopping.

 

This comfortable two bedroom apartment is located on the first level of Pointview Lodge. With a balcony facing the beach you'll be able to enjoy the morning sun or a breezy afternoon taking in the ocean sounds.

This recently renovated unit has an open plan living, dining and new kitchen with views of the beach and walking tracks. This unit now has a new bathroom and an additional separate toilet. It features an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There is a lock up garage for one car with internal access into the building - garage access is from Golden Four Drive.

Just a walk across the road to enjoy the beach or take a stoll along the pathway to North Kirra. Being so close to Kirra you won't have any trouble finding somewhere nice to dine, and with more options further south to Coolangatta or back to the north at Tugun. This unit is close to public transport along Golden Four Dr and only minutes from the Gold Coast Airport.
