This is a top floor apartment in the Pacific Royale Building located at the northern end of town opposite the northern Caravan Park. Being a top floor unit the high cathedral ceilings really give the sense of spacious living area which opens out to a large front balcony with a 4 seater table, sun lounge, ocean views and breezes. The lounge room is complimented with a digital High definition TV. This apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen. There are some ocean views over the Caravan Park opposite.

Further down the hall there is the main bedroom with ensuite, and the second bedroom has a trio bunk (double below and single bunk over) the main bathroom adjacent. Both bedrooms share a balcony with stunning hinterland views.

There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Security car parking for 2 cars under the building accessed from the rear laneway.

There is also a sun drenched pool within the building complex which is in full sun most of the day, and ample sun lounges to sit around the pool.
