This second floor designer apartment offers a sophisticated lifestyle in a luxurious, landmark building in Potts Point. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxury apartment boasts a spectacular flowing living space that has been decorated to an extremely high standard.

The living areas are modern and opulent with clean lines and quality finishes, the impressive entrance flows through past a gourmet kitchen onto a large and comfortable living area. This property benefits from an abundance of natural light and a spacious floor plan, including generous bedrooms with large built-in robes, master with ensuite. Juliet balconies open off each room to allow for great airflow throughout the apartment. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning as well.

ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.

Great apartment in a great walkable location. If I were to "ding" the rental for anything it would be the lack of a washer/dryer in the unit or building. Having Air Conditioning was a great plus and if you have a car rental the included parking is a nice addition as well
