Casa Paradise is conveniently located close to all tourist areas. These areas include Chankanaab National Park, the center of town that is only a 10-minute drive with world class shopping, Punta Sur that is only a 20-minute drive and the condo is close to nearby restaurants and bars. The Money Bar right across the street will provide room service with designated in room direct phone lines or an outstanding location to eat and drink ocean front with family, friends or business associates. If going on a business trip notify us ahead of time and we can accommodate larger groups with multiple rooms of equal quality.

Its about 100 steps to reach the beach that has the clearest waters you will ever see. You will go to sleep thinking about this water and the incredible wildlife leaving you anxious to awake the next morning. This beach and The Money Bar are a major reason we choose to purchase at The Landmark. These waters hold the Dzul Ha coral reef and it is one of the top places in the world to go scuba diving or snorkeling. All of this is literally at your doorstep right in front of The Landmark! We have the best fishing around with charters that depart from The Money Bar dock !

Casa Paradise has ocean views from both of the two bedrooms, balcony, living room and kitchen.

There is gated security on site with 100% full facility camera coverage. Anyone coming to your room is accompanied by Landmark security and only allowed on site with your approval.

All of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bars were built with granite counters. Casa Paradise has full central air conditioning, secure personal internet, Direct TV with HD TV and free Magic Jack phone with international calling capabilities. Everything in this unit is first class and state of the art, if you need a Mexico getaway but still have to do business this is your office away from home.

Casa Paradise offers a full granite kitchen with state of the art stainless steel appliances, granite breakfast bar area and Texas sized dining room and living room. The flooring throughout Casa Paradise is polished marble and there are ceiling fans in every room.

The master suite offers ocean views, private patio access, a king bed, 42 inch smart TV, a full bathroom with jetted tub, vanity and a coral and travertine shower.

We are Walt and Liz Cole. We live in East Texas on Lake Fork. We have traveled all over the Caribbean. We went to Cozumel 10 years ago and haven't traveled to any other island since. We fell in love with the beautiful water, snorkeling, scuba diving, and the very friendly people. We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Beatiful resort, outstanding service

We stayed in a 1620 square foot unit on the second floor. It was very spacious and very clean. The air conditioning can easily freeze you out in minutes if you turn it down too low. The owners communicated everything we needed to know in a timely fashion to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Across the street is the Money Bar. The prices are good and the food was too. No power outages during our stay and Satellite TV was available.

The kitchen is modern with quality appliances. There are two very nice gas grills available down by the pool, but make sure you tell them early in the day that you want to use it. They have to turn on the gas at the tank which is not by the grills. And if you don't notify them that you want to use it, the maintenance person may have gone home for the day. I made sure to tip him that evening when I was done cooking, because I was unaware of the advance notification requirement, and he was very helpful getting me started. He also has to clean the grill after it is used.

Everyone at the Landmark is polite and professional.

Not for us!

Though the condo was lovely and the Landmark is a beautiful condo complex on a lovely beach, we were disappointed by the location. We thought by being a little further south from town we could avoid some of the tourists and noise. Unfortunately, it was so loud on Thurs thru Sunday nights with the band from the Money Bar, we wished we had stayed closer to town. It is impossible to enjoy the deck and being outside on nights the band plays. You also need to rent a car if you want to stay here. We have had mixed experiences with renting cars in Mexico and once again the rental company tried to claim that there was new damage to the car. Luckily we had pictures. We are scuba divers and the guys at the Money Bar were great at getting us some tanks of air for shore diving. Not cheap but a great service. All in all, next time we would stay closer to town.

Very Good.

The Landmark is gorgeous. This condo is owned by 2 Americans who live behind the complex so they are easily accessible if you have any needs. The working staff in the Landmark are super nice. The whole building is so clean and nice. Pool out back is beautiful. The Complex is a 5 star complex...and I dare say the most opulent on the island. The only downside is the road ( which is heavily traveled ) goes in-between the complex and the Money Bar Restaurant/Beach club (great food and service) so you will get lots of noise from the club and vehicles driving on by. The noise didn't bother me but did my wife. You access the ocean by crossing the road and entering the water to the side of the Money Bar. Water was warm, lots of fish with super good visibility.
