Incredible stay for a small group - great location and view

We stayed here for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. We stayed with 2 other couples and it was perfect. The view into 3 field was more than incredible. It all made our celebration perfect. Only suggestion I would consider looking into air flow into the back bedrooms; it seemed only the master was getting full a/c circulation. Also, additional towels and trash bags would be helpful!! Regardless, we loved our stay and would love to stay her again. Thank you!

Great space, highly functional, horrible night noises, really bright night-lights

Address 49 4th St. unit 209 is located directly behind the center-field wall of Autozone ballpark. Unfortunately, it's a bit too low, and trees entirely obstruct any view of the game. During baseball season, the outfield lights remain on deep into the night (3 a.m.?) as some sort of work is done maintaining the field (which sounds like very loud vacuum cleaners).

This building is located across the street and down the block from the building (Address 70) that has the pool and nice common spaces, so be aware you have to leave the building to go to the pool.

All of that said, the lodging is located within easy walking distance of Beale St., a whole host of other tourist attractions, including a 'free' shuttle to Graceland, (it is provided by Sun Studios, which want you to come spend an hour there as well).

I would recommend this location more outside of baseball season, and I would also recommend a higher floor if possible (there are 4).

Perfect space

Three of us stayed here for a short business trip to Memphis. Location was perfect, space was very nice, and neighborhood felt very safe. There were small issues (outlets not working, drains ran slow, etc.), but nothing that significantly impacted our stay.

Great location in Memphis

We had a huge 3 bedroom condo on the centerfield at the Auto zone. Close walk to Beale Street and other downtown locations. Stay Alfred was a great company to work with! Easy and professional.

Perfect for friends trip to Memphis!

This condo was perfect for our trip with two other couples. Really close to Beale, great restaurant, bars and sites (easy walk or quick Uber ride). The apartment itself had a spectacular view of the baseball field (even though we were there in the off season, it was a sight to see). Neighborhood was safe, but it was nice to have the extra security of the outside door to the building only accessible to residents. Parking was close, and there was paid street parking too.

Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all 6 of us to shower. Kitchen was stocked with dishwashing liquid, cookware, tableware, trashbags, coffee, etc. Laundry in the unit was a blessing as we didn't have to pack dirty clothes home when we were ready to leave. They provided detergent for at least two loads of laundry.

Only issues we had were noise from the baseball field being prepped for opening day a couple weeks from when we stayed. Early morning workers on the field with large equipment, etc. But really not a huge deal. Also the tempurature control in the master suite was a mess. Had to sleep with the windows open the whole time because having the heat on in the rest of the unit cause the master to be 85+ degrees.

Overall, a great experience and would stay there again! Highly recommend this unit for larger groups of family with kids.
