This beautiful home in our rental line up is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath duplex. As you walk in the front door you will notice the first bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. Then you will journey into the kitchen with the gleaming black granite counter tops, and flat top range, microwave and an added bonus an extra ice maker under the breakfast bar. There is tile throughout, seating for 12 during meal time, and 1 large sofa and 2 chairs for relaxing and watching movies on the large flat screen in the living room. From the covered, screened balcony on the first floor you can watch an amazing sunset or just have a lazy day listening to the waves. The balcony is furnished with cushioned furniture to enjoy your afternoon on the deck.

As you move up the stairs to the carpeted second floor you will see the first bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. This room has a great balcony that looks toward the pool and you can catch a great view of the Sunset too! The shared walk through bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, ample vanity space and drawers. The room that shares this bathroom has King bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and a balcony facing the beach.

The Master Bedroom is set on the second floor has a King Bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, and Balcony. The Master Bathroom is simply amazing! The huge garden tub has beautiful glass doors to make it a quiet place of serenity for you. It also has a center ceiling mounted rain shower head. This room and bathroom are set up for luxury.

As you move from the second to the third floor you find the great escape! This room has a King bed and flat screen TV, DVD player. There is plenty of room for storage in this room and an extra sink to make drinks or snacks in this private hideaway. This room also has a balcony that looks out on to the gulf. This room is a quiet getaway in paradise!

This amazing house sleeps 10 comfortably. It is the perfect place to bring the extended family or just your family and the kid's friends. Come join us and enjoy this beautiful home that we are proud to have as one of our rentals. This home has Wi-Fi available.

This house is a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental starting Memorial Weekend.

For the history lovers, the historic Fort Morgan is located just one mile down the road. For some of the best seafood, take a stroll across the road to Tacky Jacks or head down to Sassy Bass, about five miles away. Book a fishing trip or sightseeing cruise at Gulf Shores Yacht Club and Marina just across the road.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this house for the last 8 years and have never really had any problems but this year was not as the last few years! I understand that it was a holiday weekend but after being in the house for 10 minutes our feet were black on the bottom, I can understand sand on the floor but the floors were not cleaned and the countertops were sticky and dirty also. Going up the stairs there was vomit on the carpet and baseboard and wall!! The vacuum was not run on the stairs or for that matter not on any of the carpets! In one of the bathrooms we found a towel stuffed behind the toilet with yellow stains on it, so apparently that bathroom wasn’t cleaned! For what I paid for the cleaning cost was not worth the money!! We located a sweeper and ran it ourselves and cleaned the rest of the house ourselves before we could enjoy our vacation!! I notified the property management Sunday morning at 8:20 to let them know about the cleaning and vomit and also about the ice maker not working, they replied back and said that they wound send the cleaning crew back out but we had already cleaned so we didn’t need them to come back, and maintenance never showed up at all the whole time we were there!! So had to go out to buy ice. We also wanted to show them the crack that was in the glass on the kitchen table when the maintenance guy came, but never showed up! We were very disappointed in the house and the company this year! For the cost of the house for the week it should have been much more enjoyable!

A little disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the house wasn't clean. Floor was very dirty. Having 3 little ones under 2 was a concern with crawling on dirty floors. Second the walk to the beach was hard with little ones and us older people.All the steps in the house were hard for older people.

Refrig had a broken storage bind and the upstair bath ab0ve the main floor bedroom was not hooked up to over flow so we had a leak below but was quickly handled by maintenance. Close to beach and AC in home was amazing.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The house needs a few repairs and updating, but was generally clean. We would have liked to have had some extra linens as not enough towels were provided for the number of guests the rental can sleep. Some blankets would have been nice as well as the beds only had sheets and the top comforter. The screened porch has a great view of the ocean and was relaxing. This could really be a great rental if the maintenance issues were repaired and the property updated/renovated.
