Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom Log Cabin home located within 5 minutes all resort amenities. Cabin sleeps up to 12 guest. Large living room with ceiling fan and fire place, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, stove and pizza oven, grill, portable outdoor bar, hot tub and Jacuzzi soaking tub. Home includes 3 HDTv's, Internet, play station and wet bar. Lighted flat driveway with off street parkway fitting 4-5 vehicles. and 2 40' long porches. Great view of Slopes and perfect location to view fall foliage.

OK property with minimal maintenance.

Property is decent in terms of the layout and well placed to all activities in the area , however, it is very minimally maintained with very dated furniture and amenities.

The outdoor grill wasn't cleaned at all, and there was not one grill tool found to use. (called the property manager and he had no clue about grill tools)

Shower pressure in bathrooms was on/off with too much calcification. the manager did show up to repair, but didn't had proper tools to repair.

King mattress in upper level bedroom is excessively sagged and cannot sleep to one corner.

They have a beautiful loft where the family can have a good time together, but with very minimal light fixtures to do any activity in the nights.

We overall enjoyed the vacation home and our stay, with these basic challenges.

We are satisfied with the facilities in this house, unfortunately there are no games for kids. Other than that we enjoyed our short vacation to Massanutten ski resort. Thank you for providing the best experience for our group. Please send me the last bill. Thanks

AMAZING

The house was amazing and huge! All our friends enjoyed it and it was a great surprise for my boyfriend. It was a nice place to stay especially for a relaxing weekend. Definitely will be coming back. We’re thinking of making it an annual thing!

Great Stay

Very happy with rental. As described on site. House comfortably appointed and in good condition. This house has four beds in four rooms, with a couple of couches spread out in various common areas and plenty of floor space for blow-ups or cots. Downstairs space was a great surprise and great option for private "den." Property manager was very helpful and house in very good condition upon arrival. Close proximity/easy access to ski slopes a plus. Would happily rent again!

Drawbacks -

Television channel selection woefully pathetic. You will be disappointed by anemic choices.

Subdivision is not pedestrian friendly, only the adventurous will find walking anywhere feasible.

Nice house

The house is nice and spacious. Conveniently located. We did not know that towels were not provided but sheets were; fortunately we had brought a few beach towels with plans to visit the water park. Most rooms have televisions, but not all work. There is a very limited selection of channels on the television and only one PlayStation downstairs to be able to play a DVD. Overall the house was clean, great layout, lots of space. But it is dated and could be improved.

Guest must pay 50% of the rental fee at the time of booking if the rental check-in date is more than 30 days away, with the other 50% due no less than 30 days from the rental date. Half of the cleaning fee must be paid at time of booking as well, with the other 50% due prior to 30 days from the rental date, along with the entire security deposit.
