Guest Registration Policy
Every guest must be registered to check in or use facilities at Blu-one Hotel and residences .
Check-In and Check-Out Policy
BLU-ONE guaranteed check-in time is at 14:00PM and check-out time is at 12:00PM. Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on availability at the time of check-in (an additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out). BLU-ONE can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location until the guest room is ready.
Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival than the hotel's standard check-in time or a departure later than noon, please contact the Property Manager directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier than the hotel's check-in time and want to guarantee that you would be able to check into your room upon arrival, we would advise you to reserve the night prior to the date of arrival. Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and/or an extra night's charges being applied to your bill.
Early Departure Policy
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
If guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to one night stay day towards incidentals will be collected at check-in. For stay of 7 days or more, the deposit could be higher as indicated by the Property Manager at the time of check in.
For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's reservations department at least 72 hours prior to guest's arrival. Rollaway Bed Policy
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge. Children over 11 years of age will be considered as an adult.
The maximum occupancy is 2 people for 01 bedroom studio and 04 people for 02 bedrooms studio.
A valid credit card guarantee, deposit or pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
Smoking is not permitted, including public space. All guest room and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 2.000.000VND cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Lost and Found Policy
BLU-ONE is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items under any circumstance. The Hotel equipped with in-room safes and a safety deposit box facility. Any valuable items should be deposited in the safety box facility. Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at BLU-ONE, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found'. BLU-ONE keeps detailed records of all 'found' items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel's guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner's expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
BLU-ONE has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the villa or may remove a person who, while on the premises of the Villa acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy villa property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. The Hotel may limit the number of people who may occupy a particular guest room and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the villa premises, shall be liable for damages sustained by the villa staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
BLU-ONE does not allow pets due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions towards pet and due to the threat of ticks and fleas.
We provide housekeeping service everyday between the hours of 8:00AM to 17:00PM.
Key card will be given to the guests after signing on registration card.
If you leave key inside room when you are out, please contact our receptionist for assistance.
Should you lose your key card please notify receptionist immediately. Kindly note that a charge of 50.000 VND/card will be applied to your account for any lost.
Waiver of BLU-ONE Management
While Blu-one has taken every reasonable step to ensure guest satisfaction, the guests acknowledge that the management will not be legally responsible for incidents arising during guest stay, which is included but not limited to:
oPersonal body injury, death, accident, lost/stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.
oAny delays or changes in schedule, itineraries, incurred by any person arising out of any willful or negligent act
oAbsence of travel documents, passports, visa, health certificates, and the likes where required
oAdditional expenses due to delay or changes in other services, fluctuations in fare and rates, cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, disease, acts of god or any events beyond our control
BLU-ONE is also not responsible for damages such as (but not limited to) bike riding and other vehicle rentals, diving, deep-sea fishing, golfing, pool/ocean swimming and surfing, falls from pool decks/wet tiles or stairs, food poisoning and incidents of the same nature. Therefore, guests agree that they voluntarily participate in any and all activities, risks, and use of the accommodations, and hereby assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to person and property that might result.
