This complex is a quiet retreat in the most popular residential area of Pattaya. The apartment is stocked with tableware, cutlery, bed linens, pillows and towels. Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, 5 burner stove, microwave and washing machine. Our garage is secured with electric gate and has free parking space for cars and motor bikes by reservation. There is a full time housekeeping staff available if you desire their services. Linens are changed every seven days. Charge for electric: 1-5 day rentals receive 40 KW/per day free. Usage over 40 KW is billed at 6 thb/kw over 40. Stays over 5 days will be billed according to the unit electric meter at the rate of 6 thb/kw

Private car transport to the airport, Bangkok or city sights can be reserved for a fee.

A 3000 thb cash security deposit is required at check in and refunded at check out after inspection for damages.
