About this property

Charming apartment with maximum capacity for 06 adults on one of the most beautiful beaches of the north coast of Bahia. 100% east, has about 80m2, with 02 split air-conditioned suites, living room with TV and SKY (pay TV), DVD, kitchen, Cup for 5 people ideal for combining day trips and family chat As it was the day before and cooking freely, there is also a laundry area for clothesline or private barbecue if you take the barbecue, with sternum private garage for 02 cars.
Comfortably sleeps 4 Adults, with a maximum capacity of 6 adults (inflatable mattress from double to 02 double).
However there are no limits for children under 12 years.
With options of 2 mattresses, 1 inflatable mattress for couple and 1 plus a portable fan.
We have available in the house for walks on the beach, 2 beach chairs, 1 sombrero and 1 cooler for beer, water and juices.

The common area of the Condominium has 2 kiosks with 2 barbecue grills, swimming pool.

The distance to the beach is about 800 meters to Rio's meeting with the sea, supermarkets, bars and different restaurants.

Rio's encounter with the sea is beautiful, in the late afternoon the sunset is fantastic with Rio, sea and rainforest in its spectacle of living nature, all less than 800 meters from the Village.
Imbassai also has kayaking, Stand Up Paddle and Catamaran rides.

Imbassai offers all the beach relaxation of the old wild beaches with the necessary infrastructure convenience like supermarkets and restaurants.

In town options to enjoy delicious coffees and beijus / tapioca in local coffee shops, restaurants of international standards with legal prices compared to the region, child and adult stand up paddle rentals, bike rentals for unmissable tours on local bike paths all with lots of greenery and preserved nature.
In addition to the advantage of being 10 km from Praia do Forte, for handicraft shopping and visits to the Tamar project - Sea Turtles, Bar do Souza and its unmissable fish balls and musical attractions.

Aconchegante!

Amei a recepção... a casa estava em excelentes condições. O Clima do Village é super fraterno e os vizinho são bem receptíveis! Acompanhamento do proprietário antes e depois do aluguel, super atencioso e preocupado em nos fornecer dicas sobre onde ir, onde comer.. onde curtir em Imbassaí. Obrigado!

Nosso segundo ano e no mesmo periodo de carnaval neste apartamento , de fato retornamos devido atenção do proprietario da estrutura do condominio e do apartamento (super equipado com todos utensilios que vc possa imaginar ) simplismente maravilhoso ... obrigada Francisco por tudo , minha familia teve o descanso merecido , indico pra todos .
