About this property

The space features a bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, mattress toppers for protection & comfort, and quality cotton spun linens. The living room has a futon couch for additional sleeping space, and extra bedding is supplied. The brand-new bathroom has a stand-up shower, a seashell pedestal sink, and custom-made shelving for some of your items. There are plenty of beach and bathroom towels for your stay. The large kitchen is fully equipped right down to the coffee maker. Our Cozy Properties are provided with all the linens, cleaning supplies, and paper products with extra should you need them in the storage area, which is complimentary to your stay. There is one reserved parking spot, DirecTV, and high-speed wifi. Walk down the steps to a private pool, outdoor grill, recreation area, and common area room on the property just for guests. The common area room has Brand New (2023) 2 washers, 2 dryers, laundry, and supplies! It's like staying at a bed and breakfast, and you make breakfast.

Although we are a family-friendly home, there are some things we can not supply due to the marketability and the ability to ensure that specialty items are kept safe and in good repair. We recommend you consider renting these items from our local companies that deliver and support the community you love. Enjoy!

VRBO gem, pool with toddler area was a game changer.

Absolutely thrilled with our stay! Walk to the beach was less than five minutes. Watched a few rocket launches from the beach and even from the balcony. Hosts were incredibly responsive/efficient and we all felt at home immediately upon entering the upstairs unit. Unit: well furnished/great beach decor, comfortable bed and pull out couch. Kitchen had all we needed utensil/cookware etc. Blender made great smoothies for the kiddos and good size fridge /freezer. Pool was nice and cool the way we like it, pool vacuum did its job and the shallow end was a game changer for us and our 3.5 and 6 year old. Parents could float while kids enjoyed playing in the toddler area. Secure fences for peace of mind and easy access to washer / dryer / supplies. Erin was friendly, had great suggestions and Winston (adorably polite pup) was a hit with all of us. The question we had after our stay wasn’t, would we come back? It was when are we coming back and which unit should we choose next time?!!? Def will book again and debated switching to the option with more bedrooms only so we had a second bedrooms. As mentioned b4, pullout couch super comfy and worked so no complaints. Unit was spacious and we absolutely loved our stay. Thanks guys!!!

This property has a TV but doesn’t come with TV service. You can log into YOUR AT&T account, if you have one. We bought an inexpensive Roku at the store and problem solved. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Cute, clean property steps from the beach

Tastefully decorated, clean 1bed maybe 2 blocks from the beach. Host was very communicative and great to work with. Nice pool and pool area included. Washer, dryer and grill. The unit was second floor which I was not aware when booking, or I would not have managed the stairs. Rough neighbors with sort of a run-down apartment - police were there often but I felt safe! There was a mattress by the entryway which felt tacky to me. Shower curtain kept falling down but we rigged it back up.

Nice place

Just moved to Florida and stayed here for a month. It is a nice place, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. We brought our dog and she had a great time as well.

We are originally from the Northeast and have lived locally in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area for the last decade. We run the local air show in the community that features military flight teams like the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels to recognize all the military and space installations in the area.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property and created Cozy Canaveral Cottages to have a small property of units that we can manage ourselves and provide that same personal touch to all our guests that we have come to love when we travel. In addition to working with our vacation guests we also work with several NASA contractors to host their people that are visiting for business.

What makes this property unique

We love the cozy beach theme of the property and the 'getaway' feel it provides when you step inside the gate. We also love to getaway there ourselves when a cottage is available!
