What a perfect fall foliage weekend getaway! My four friends' & I have been coming to Manchester, VT for the past 14 years as our "Ladies weekend" away. We have always stayed in a local Motel, & was satisfied. We decided to treat ourselves to a home away from home this year, & boy did we find it! We didn't realize what we were missing out on until the gift of this house came along. From the pristine setting, to the peace & quiet. Not to mention how immaculate the interior of the house is, as well as beautifully decorated. It is close enough to the shopping & restaurants of Manchester, but such a relaxing environment to come home to after being out exploring all day. The owner was very pleasant to deal with, as well as very timely to answer all of my questions I had for him.

I am booking it now for next year!!!

Quintessential Vermont

  • 5 of 5

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this beautiful home over Columbus Day Weekend. We have rented many homes in and around the Manchester area for many years and this home was definitely one of our favorites. It was in a perfect location - far enough away to feel secluded, but close enough to Manchester and Dorset to hop over when we wanted. We actually loved staying in and cooking in the kitchen, which was perfectly stocked with anything and everything you would need. It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of hiking (we recommend Merck Forest for a perfect day of trails). Plenty of board games and my daughter loved the loft as well. The home just defines the Vermont feel that we love and the Abraham Lincoln art piece is so cool! We hope to return sooner than later and thank the Robertsons for sharing such a special place.

What an amazing place!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a great weekend at the barn. Rustic but comfortable, it was exactly what we were looking for, and just as described. Very clean as well. The location is only about a 5 minute drive from Manchester, so getting into town for the restaurants and shopping was easy. We will definitely be back.

We loved staying in this beautifully designed home.

  • 5 of 5

The house has high ceilings with beautiful exposed wood beams. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. The property goes on and on and is very well maintained. The landlord answers all questions promptly and is very helpful. All around we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again the next time we are in Manchester.

Perfection in Vermont!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for two weeks in July while our daughter rode at the local horse show and literally did not want to leave! The house is outfitted perfectly for starters, such a cozy retreat with very high end details throughout. From the sheets to the dishes to the TV, everything was the perfect. The location is amazing. Close to Manchester but far enough away at the same time. Being so secluded really gave our family the feeling of a true and very relaxing vacation away from it all. The neighbors are beyond lovely and down to earth and we enjoyed getting to know them during our stay. We miss them and their dog Pete very much! This house is worth every penny and we are so grateful to have been able to borrow it for two weeks! Thank you so much!!!

Perfect peaceful VT hideaway

  • 5 of 5

The tranquility of the setting is only matched by the stylish and open interior, which could have been featured in a magazine. Convenient to Manchester but feels away from everything. Even better than pictured!
