We had such a great stay at this property. It had everything we needed to stay comfortably and was charming. The yard was great for my kids to play in! Big king size beds in two rooms that were super comfy! Definitely recommended.
It was comfortable and a perfect place to relax. The nights were cool. I had a family of seven and the beds were very comfortable. We went to the lds temple and drove to arches. The location was great and it was quiet. I would recommend a trip out if you have time.
House lacked some stuff:
no washer/dryer. no scrub pads to clean dishes. no paper towel. no tea. no oil for frying pan. I appreciate that you should bring your own food, but such common things should be present.
also, not a good tv in living room, and no tvs upstairs (at all!).
location is a bit far from attraction. ~1hour drive to and ~1 hour from your destination.
All that said, the price is much cheaper than Moab for example.
for the price it is recommended.
