I can't say enough good things about this bungalow and its owner. The house is charming and makes great use of small square footage. It is extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel like "a local" within a short period. There is more than adequate closet and drawer space even for a long stay. Unlike most hotels there were plenty of hangars. The large tub in the bathroom is terrific as are all of the toiletries that Beth supplies. Appliances are brand new and the kitchen had every kind of equipment you could ask for, including full size washer and dryer. All pots and pans were like new. The backyard sitting area is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer at the end of the day. The BBQ grill is a plus so you don't have to go out to eat if you don't want to. Almost every good restaurant in Missoula is within walking distance. Two bicycles are provided with bike helmets so you can totally enjoy Missoula's exceptional bike trails. Beth is a great hostess. We will be back.
We stayed at the Missoula cottage for a long weekend . Took in the farmers market, great Mt Biking. The cottage is great. Really clean , lots of fluffy towels and everything you could want in the well equipped kitchen. Walk to town , also great coffee shop just 2 blocks away. Thank you, Beth!!
My husband and I spent a week in September at this wonderful craftsman cottage in Missoula. Our first perception was that it was kept true to the period in which is was built. There were updates in the kitchen and bathroom that added to the comfort. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including coffee! The beds were very comfortable! Most of all it was spotlessly clean!
The owner offered many ideas of things to do, places to go and information about the town.
We would definitely stay there again when we visit Missoula next time.
We spent a long weekend in the home for a fishing trip. Excellent location close to everything. We were able to walk to dinner and the Griz game. Very clean and comfortable home. Would stay again.
We stayed a week at the bungalow while preparing our son for his freshman year at UM. The home was beautifully maintain and sufficiently stocked with everything you would need to cook all your meals. The owners Beth and Tim even left some very yummy chocolates and flowers for our arrival. The home is close walking proximity to UM & downtown Missoula. Best yet, very nice walk to The Big Dipper! Thought we did not make sufficient use of the garden, it is absolutely beautiful! The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Parking was never an issue even though this property does not have a driveway. We just parked on the street in front of the house or just across the street. If I had any questions during my stay, Beth answered my text in a timely manner. Beth was a life saver during our stay with her many suggestions of places to eat, shop and have fun at. Thank, thank you for sharing your home with us! I only wish it was available during family weekend in October!
This bungalow was really perfect. Every item was supplied, the house was immaculate, and the neighborhood was very nice. The management company, Evolve, was completely on top of everything. I love it when I can just book a place and not have to worry about waiting for approval or a reply from the owner. This was just done, approved, confirmed. I think many people dont realize that travelers are trying to juggle flight plans and such.
The owner of the property was very, very "particular". We were met at the bungalow and were given an intensive breakdown of the do's and don't's of the house. The owner went over a 4 page list of instructions. This included: No shoes in the house, not to get mascara on the towels, be careful with the shower head in the tub, the composition and care of the kitchen countertop, care of the stovetop, suggested positioning of blinds in the front room, function of the hot water heater, etc., etc. After a day or so she called to let us know that she had noticed another car in front of the house. She said it may be a neighbor and she would try to contact them if it was a bother. Before we left she contacted us again to ensure we aware of the correct check out time and the requirements of the check out "checklist" that she had supplied when we arrived. This included things like stripping the beds and pillowcases and placing them down in the laundry room, taking out the trash, cleaing out the refrigerator, etc. She seems like a very nice person, and she has a beautiful bungalow; so I understand that she is concerned that it is well cared for, but it was a little over-the-top for me.
