I can't say enough good things about this bungalow and its owner. The house is charming and makes great use of small square footage. It is extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel like "a local" within a short period. There is more than adequate closet and drawer space even for a long stay. Unlike most hotels there were plenty of hangars. The large tub in the bathroom is terrific as are all of the toiletries that Beth supplies. Appliances are brand new and the kitchen had every kind of equipment you could ask for, including full size washer and dryer. All pots and pans were like new. The backyard sitting area is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer at the end of the day. The BBQ grill is a plus so you don't have to go out to eat if you don't want to. Almost every good restaurant in Missoula is within walking distance. Two bicycles are provided with bike helmets so you can totally enjoy Missoula's exceptional bike trails. Beth is a great hostess. We will be back.
This little home is an absolute gem! I fell in love with it over the summer as I was looking for a place for our family to celebrate the holidays. I kept hoping that it would live up to the description and photos and it superseded my expectations! First off, Beth is an amazing hostess. We asked her if she might be able to accommodate us in getting a Christmas tree and she had the most adorable tree with vintage ornaments ready for us to decorate. The house was filled with holiday cheer. She was to be away for the holiday and yet she set about having her housekeeper greet us on our arrival. Beth checked in with me several times via text to make sure everything was going smoothly. Cleanliness is very important to me and this home was immaculate. We were there in December, there was lots of snow and it was beautiful and the house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is just a hop, skip and a jump to the Hip Strip for dinning and shopping. We had a most delicious meal at Cafe Dolce and ventured downtown for a meal at The Notorious P.I.G. for some amazing BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped and worked perfect for baking and creating our holiday dinner. We decided to not rent a car for our stay and found lots of things within walking distance as well as taking advantage of the city bus, which is free. My daughter said that it was the best Christmas we had ever celebrated together. That's a big deal because several years ago we traveled to Rome and that was pretty spectacular. I have to agree it was one of the best! Many thanks to Beth and her charmingly appointed Bungalow, along with her dedication to making our trip one to cherish.
We had a great stay in Missoula. This house was so cozy and charming, and had everything that we needed for a week stay! The owner was so helpful and welcoming. Location is right downtown and we walked or used the bikes to get around town. Would definitely recommend!
We came down for the "Brawl of the Wild" Cat/Griz game. We absolutley loved the home! The beds were so comfortable and the house was darling and had everything you could possible need for an enjoyable stay! Beth even had top of line shampoo/condtioner and designer soaps! Our stay there was amazing and we would recommend it to anyone! We will never stay anywhere else while visting Missoula!
We stayed at the Missoula cottage for a long weekend . Took in the farmers market, great Mt Biking. The cottage is great. Really clean , lots of fluffy towels and everything you could want in the well equipped kitchen. Walk to town , also great coffee shop just 2 blocks away. Thank you, Beth!!
My husband and I spent a week in September at this wonderful craftsman cottage in Missoula. Our first perception was that it was kept true to the period in which is was built. There were updates in the kitchen and bathroom that added to the comfort. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including coffee! The beds were very comfortable! Most of all it was spotlessly clean!
The owner offered many ideas of things to do, places to go and information about the town.
We would definitely stay there again when we visit Missoula next time.
