About this property

Capitola Village is a wonderful place to visit! However, if you're looking for a little more peace and quiet from the bustling town, our beautiful 2000 sq. ft beach house is located on the river path just a sweet 2 minute stroll away!

This family home has 3 spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms complete with a 6 ft. tub! Parking is extremely difficult and hard to come by in this popular town but lucky for you, we have off street parking for 4 cars!

The kitchen has been recently remodeled with a dining area for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials! Enjoy a cup of coffee or barbecue with the family on one of the two decks overlooking the beautiful and private backyard. There is an outdoor shower which makes cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze!

Capitola Beach is literally just a two minute stroll away which is filled with the wonderful and popular shops, boutiques and restaurants. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Wharf which also has great restaurants and fun entertainment for all ages!

After tax season respite!!

Our favorite thing to do is just sit in our beach chairs and watch the river and the seagulls - in the garden - surrounded by roses and family!!!

Girls trip

My Best friends and I go on a girls trip once a year. This year we took our grown kids with us. It was a wonderful getaway. The house is beautiful and the scenery is beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely rent it again!

Feels like going home.

The minute you walk in the front door you feel like you're home. My family loves our yearly vacation here in Capitola at the Capitola Riverview House. So peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Thank you again for always making our stay so pleasant. We will be back
