INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We live on the property and are happy to chat about what to do, see and eat. There is a small dog and we have the neighbours pooch visiting too. Therefore it is essential to keep the gate locked!
Max four people staying. Please ask if your going to have guests. Sorry no parties.
Nice location and conveniently close to the supermarket/cafes/city centre
It is a great place just to chill out and relax and yet just a stone's throw away there are cafes, restaurants, takeaways and a supermarket as well as bus stops and the lovely Grey Lynn Park. It is also just a short ride to the city centre.
This is an unusual setup with the bed in one cabin, the shower and toilet in another and the coffee and tea facilities within a carport. That said, it all works perfectly although I do recommend taking an umbrella and torch with you.. The cabins are spotless and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The locality is ideal with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
3 stars reflects the basic accommodation. I'd give 5 stars as value for money.
very convenient to city, easy to find and good parking.
Fantastic location, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, a nice garden spot. Even though there isn't a kitchen there is a fridge and a trolley with tea and toast making stuff in the garage. As Ana was away when we were there, dish washing facilities were more rustic than they would usually be. There's lots of space in fine weather with the outdoor table and umbrella.
