This self contained flat has one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a single. There is a fully functioning kitchen but often not used as there is such a variety of cuisine available in close proximity.

BBQ available.

Outdoor areas and garden to unwind in - partly shared with main house. Outdoor table and chairs beneath large umbrella.

Wonderful wood burner available for cool winter nights

Property not suitable for children.

WIfI available; TV (with Freeview)

The property is very cute and and comfortable, it contained everything we needed.

The property is very cute and and comfortable, it contained everything we needed. The pretty sunny garden was a real treat and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after tastings in the many local wineries. We would definitely recommend a stay at this property.

Excellent location close to the beach, shady and well ventilated. On;ly one minor quibble...the double bed takes up most of the room in the small bedroom, and it would be nice to have a shelf on the wall for books etc for the occupant nearest the window where there is no room for a bedside table.

If you're staying in Hawkes Bay Area it's a good location, near the beach and a 20 minute drive to either Napier or Hastings. Well priced and adequately equipped, it has a private location behind the owners house and lovely outlook over a private and fenced garden. A good place to get away from it all
