This captivating top-floor condo is exquisitely decorated for your enjoyment and relaxation. You are looking down from high above to beautiful Sandy Beach and the Sea of Cortez. Watch dramatic sunsets and beautiful vistas from the spacious balcony. The Great Room boasts an entertainment center, two sofas, one of which is a sleeper, and nicely appointed decorations. The hand-carved dining table seats six for entertaining friends and family. A spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, and laundry room have the latest appliances. The balcony is nicely appointed with a patio table and two sunbather lounge chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV and the guest bedroom has two standard beds. Grande 703 also has high-speed wireless internet and 99-channel cable TV. In addition, there is a Magic Jack phone so you can make and receive calls from the U.S. and Canada. You will not be disappointed in making Grande 703 your vacation getaway.

An absolute amazing time.

The property itself was gorgeous, as was the room. The onsite staff and security were extremely helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here, the condo was awesome. One recommendation would be a memory foam mattress topper on the master bed, the current mattress is SO hard and uncomfortable. Other than that we all loved the place.
