Newly Remodeled 1 Bedroom/Den With Mountain View On Top Floor

Our condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom, one den with mountain views and patio on the top floor of building 4 facing the entire mountain range. The condo has been remodeled with new flooring and carpet in September 2015. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with eat in counter and leather barstools. The dining room table seats five. The den with foldable queen sleeper sofa can be privatized by closing curtains. The living room has a fireplace and 40 inch HD TV and stereo system. The living room and den have leather couches. The bathroom has radiant heated floor, shower/bath tub and toilet, wall mounted hair dryer. Towels and all amenities are all provided. The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed with plush mattress, feather pillows, arabic cotton linens and looks out over the ski mountain. You can check the lines at Funitel before you have your coffee. The hot tubs and sauna are two floors down. The spa provides towels and has two full bathrooms. The coin operated washer and dryers, and ski locker are accessible at the entry level. Underground parking accessible with guest parking pass are included.

We are first owners and love to come up to Squaw not only to ski but to get away from the Bay Area all year round. We loved it when our kids were small and continue as we have over the last 12 years. We hope you will enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.

Why Caroline Vertongen chose Lake Tahoe North Shore

We bought this property because of the superb views and its location. Ski in and ski out and conveniently located for a variety of other activities. You park your car underground and everything you need during your stay is within reach. Even during the summer months we find ourselves not using our car. Instead we walk, hike, bike, swim or sit on our patio overlooking the hustle and bustle in the village, reading a book, or having a glass of wine with friends in our home or at one of the many wonderful establishments.

What makes this condo unique

We love our condo for its views and its convenience. This condo is uniquely located in the Village of Squaw Valley. It is on the top floor with fantastic views stretching from Red Dog to High Camp. The condo being on the 4th floor has high ceilings and was remodeled in September 2015. The condo has a personal touch unlike the hotel owned rentals in the same building.

We had a great stay. The condo is spotless and is in beautiful condition with cozy beds, plenty of blankets and towels, a warm bathroom floor, solid surface kitchen counters and a great view of the mountain.

This is a great place. The view is amazing and the condo and complex are laid out well for ski vacation. Caroline was very responsive and attentive, making our reservation process very smooth and painless. She was also very quick to address our needs during our stay.
