Sea Terrace 606 is a beautiful, newly remodeled oceanview condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a wide south-facing furnished balcony. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sea Terrace 606 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The spacious living room is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Bridging the gap between the living room and dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The dining area is decorated in warm tones and large enough for the whole family to enjoy meals together. The master bedroom is airy & bright has a queen-size bed, a television and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television with ROKU instead of cable. There is also a twin rollaway in the closet of each bedroom, allowing additional sleeping arrangements. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, (has two cots for guests if needed) so it's perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family!

Overall everything was good except for the parking. We were informed we had 1 parking pass and could purchase a 2nd one. Upon arrival we were informed we had to pay 60.00 for one pass and they were not issuing a 2nd pass.

Just what we needed

I would absolutely stay at the property again. It was very cleanly and appliances are up to date. Overall it is a modern condo. The view to the beach is perfect and it’s located in a great area. I tend to be off put by hotels/condos if they’re not clean. I did not feel like that at all! I did bring my own cleaning products but there were already items to use for cleaning including a broom and vacuum. Honestly, I do not have any negatives other than we should have stayed longer lol.

Outside building needs some work

Unit 606 was really nice. A few bowls and the large griddle was not cleaned from previous occupants, but not a big deal. As far as possible improvements, I think a small rug in front of the refrigerator as well as in front of the slider would be great! And replacing the current shower heads with the detachable wand style would also be great! Otherwise I have no complaints about the unit. As far as the building is concerned, the pool hours were too short. It would have been nice if they were extended into the evening a little longer. Also the doors and locks to the entire building need updated! Otherwise the building was fine.
