We were attending a conference and the condo met our need. Neat and clean, great location and three of us stayed there comfortably.
We enjoyed our stay at the 3 bedroom condo, it was clean and minimally stocked with towels, shampoo, dish soap, etc, no food, salt and pepper only.
The beds were comfy, the couches not so much! We had a great view from our place and the amenities in the condo complex were awesome. We played ping pong and fuzeball with the kiddos. The park and coffee shop estaurant were so convenient and the condo was in a great spot walking distance to a lot. There are homeless, but they dont bother our family.
The property is gorgeous... however we dealt with issues no one should ever have to deal with on vacation.
First off, the master bedroom had NO electricity! No lights or outlets worked in the entire bedroom! Absolutely unacceptable.
Then, the door to the balcony wouldn't shut...at all! Not only was it a huge safety hazard for our walking 1 year old but it was freezing in the living room & a ton of moisture got in & got our items wet.
Also, when we got there the cleaning crew was just finishing (we checked in a little early so that was fine) but we walked out to the balcony & there were puddles of water. Next thing I know I look down at my brand new pants & the bottoms got discolored because it was bleach water! This was after my baby walked through the puddles too! Again, completely unacceptable & we should've been told before walking out there.
On top of all this, the customer service when I called about all these issues (about 20 min after we checked in) was horrific. Very long story short, I ended up on the phone & emailing all afternoon & evening our first day there. Nothing ever got fixed, no apologies made. They did send someone up at 10:30pm to check it all out- which is ridiculous when I have a baby & am on vacation. They rang the doorbell over & over. Crazy at that time. I sent them away due to my baby sleeping. I then got woken up at 5:50am by the rental company. Again ridiculous on my vacation.
I was told it'd take 48 hours to fix anything. By that time, we'd be checking out.
Since we checked out I've tried getting answers & some reimbursement from the company but have still been put through the ringer & have been ignored. They keep telling me they are researching. I checked out 4 days ago. Ridiculous.
I would not ever stay here agsin. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the horrible customer service & the issues with the place. For what we paid for 2 nights, I think my family deserved much better.
Furthermore, it's been a week & a half since we checked out & I've been trying to get some answers & some compensation back for all we went through & all I've gotten is the run-around. Such a headache! I can't believe how poorly this place is managed & how we've been treated as customers.

Beautiful apartment! Great location. Only issue was there was no possible way to watch regular cable tv. We really wanted to see the golden globe awards and missed it. Other than that everything was perfect!
