Picturesque Pond Front Property - The Beach Glass Cottage

Come stay at the Beach Glass Cottage! A pristine pond front, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of Hyannis. Truly the perfect get-a-way for family and friends. The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well.

This delightful cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full completely renovated baths, and an open concept new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Both queen rooms feature brand new Tuft & Needle, top of the line model, memory foam mattress for an amazing night sleep. The formal dining room with a large table that seats 6, leads to a sizable living room with a wall mount flat screen TV above the fireplace. There's a large sectional couch that offers plenty of comfortable seating and sliders that open to a large deck overlooking the pond. A quaint sunroom sits in the center of the house with wicker rockers and a down-feather love seat, perfect for reading or enjoying morning coffee -- this bright and cheerful room will surely be the spot to gather after a busy day. There is also a large side yard with horseshoe pit, bocce, and badminton. A circle of chairs around the fire pit down by the pond completes the outdoor scene. Unfortunately, we don't allow any parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, showers, graduation, etc.

Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a short hop from Main Street. Popular Craigville Beach and Keyes Memorial Beach are 1.5 mile away, beach sticker included (for free parking)! See a free baseball game featuring the Cape League, almost every night of the week in various towns. The Dennis Playhouse and Cotuit Center for the arts produce broadway caliber shows all summer long. You absolutely cannot leave the cape without a whale watch expedition out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Guaranteed to see lots of whales!

I love this house

This Is our second time staying at Beach Glass Cottage. It’s such a comfortable little house. Has everything you could possibly need, close to everything in Hyannis. You’re in a neighborhood but actually very close to the beach, dining and shopping. I look forward to our our next visit.

Thanksgiving at the cottage

We had a wonderful time at Beach Glass Cottage. Maureen and Brian were excellent hosts- they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and cozy. There are so many thoughtful touches in each room to make for a very comfortable stay. The view out back of the pond is spectacular! The cottage is in a great location- close to anything you need, but feels like a really relaxing retreat. There are tons of games and books and an adorable sunroom with lots of beautiful plants! Just a lovely place to stay! Thank you Maureen and Brian for sharing your beautiful cottage and for a wonderful family Thanksgiving getaway- wish we could have stayed longer!

Home away from home

The house was very clean, quaint and cozy. It has a peaceful ambiance and it felt like home. It’s close to Main Street, the ferry, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. It’s in a perfect location and great neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this house.

Very happy with this lovely cottage

My three daughters and I choose a place each fall to meet for a Mother-Daughter weekend. Initially we thought we'd go to Martha's Vineyard for the day but decided against that. Really just wanted to hang out together. We might have hiked,but the weather on Saturday was very rainy. Shopped in Wellfleet and Chatham. lunch at the wonderful PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet. Don't miss it. The cottage is tastefully furnished, well equipped, comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints.

Cape Cod is one of the most beautiful places we've ever lived. Once over the bridge you'll feel like you've stepped back in time . Peaceful and serene the property sits directly on a peaceful pond yet is in the heart of West Hyannis. With amazing beaches and restaurants its a place you'll want to return again and again.

What makes this property unique

Amazing views from the back deck of Fawcett's pond with cooling summer breezes off the pond everyday. Fantastic wildlife and birds right in the heart of Hyannis! One of a kind property with a huge private yard including a fire pit and horse shoes, badminton and volleyball. Listen to the music from the Melody Tent in the evenings.
