About Keith

Native Scotsman, in the US since 2004. I fell in love with Provincetown, then my partner and now this cottage!

Keith purchased this cottage in 2015

Why Keith chose Cape Cod

We rented this cottage two years ago and fell in love with it then. Two years later it came on the market and we had to have we could share it with you :)

What makes this cottage unique

Simply Awesome...

My partner and I rented the Cottage for Carnival Week in Ptown. We could not have been happier with our choice! The location was absolutely perfect for bouncing back and forth between Commercial Street and all the events of the week. The house itself is beautiful, and Keith has thought of everything we might have needed to make it a perfect stay. Look forward to returning to the Cottage next year!

Happy summer, happy memories

We've rented this cozy place for 4 weeks and it was just perfect for us (2 adults and a small dog). The house is well located (easy walk to everything you need ...or want...or want to need : Pop&Dutch, Relish, Joe, Perry's, Stop&Shop, Market 141, restaurants, etc., and going to the beach takes few minutes by bike). Commercial Street is just a few steps down the street. Can't ask for a better spot to join quickly P-Town's life without the hustle and bustle. Keith's place is very well equiped and maintained and is as seen on pictures (the big shower, oh... you cannot only sing in it, you can danse too). We've found the place spotless and Keith offered us a mid stay cleaning service (a really nice touch. Thank you Cassia!). A/C units (one downstairs and one upstairs) work very well (a big plus) and the yard, all fenced (great for the dog), is enjoyable, breezy and perfectly oriented for apero time (no matter what time of the day is...). But most of all, the greatest quality of this place is Keith. Even at distance, Keith was attentive to our needs and timeliness of responses to our questions. Thank you, Keith. Because of that, and even though it may sounds like a cliché : we felt at home.

Bright, private and bigger than you might think!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay. Being a "free-standing" unit made the cottage seem really private and quiet, yet you are just steps from the action on Commercial street. Off-street parking right outside the door was a huge plus. The cottage open floor plan downstairs makes the place feel bigger than it is in square feet; plenty of room to enjoy. Two bathrooms is another perk. We didn't use the outdoor shower, grill or back patio but the area is cute. The place was really clean and the owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend the cottage and hope to return!

Just as described. Updated, clean and a problem solving owner. Would recommend highly to any single or couple who want a cottage that is far above average.

Cute Provincetown Cottage in the middle of it all!

  • 5 of 5

While I would hate to give away a found secret gem and possibly increase demand, there is nothing we can say about this cute loft-style cottage other than it was absolutely perfect for our stay. My husband and I stayed here the week of our wedding and it was the perfect location for us to be in the center of town and close to everyone and everything we needed to be close to. (It sure is convenient to have the gym directly across the street, and just a few steps away from the best restaurants, coffee, and shopping.) Keith was so incredibly gracious and accommodating - quite possibly the friendliest and personable owner we have ever experienced on a rental site. It's rare to find owners who are so accepting of pets (especially our medium-sized dogs), but they were so hospitable and generous about it I almost thought that it was too good to be true. But it wasn't. The cottage is clean, cute and warm. It has everything you need for some time in Provincetown, and a cute little patio out back for a relaxing cup of coffee to start your morning or maybe to have a couple of friends over for some wine in the afternoon. I absolutely recommend this place. We cannot wait to go back. Thanks again Keith and Eric!
