Although this home is within walking distance to the beach, we also offer a FREE Tram service that brings you directly to the beach access (SpringBreak until Labor Day). This property is the perfect home for the perfect vacation! This property is equipped with an EV charger for your electric car. The EV charger is an extra feature and must be approved for guests use.

KITCHEN: The main kitchen is on the first floor and is fully equipted for everything needed to make meals for large groups. Kitchen includes: Stove/ oven, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker & Keurig, toaster, blender, wine opener, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.

DINING AREA: The dining room has a large 8-9 seater coastal table + a kitchen bar that sits 2.

LIVING ROOM: Features (2) New recliner sofas, coastal coffee table, and a large TV.

BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM 1: King Bed, night stand, dresser and a private bath with a walk-in shower + a separate soaking tub.

HALF BATH: A half bath is also on the first floor for added convenience.
