I went to college for jewelry design at SUNY New Paltz and after collage fell in love with the charm and beauty of Newport. I opened my own jewelry design business locally and have lived here for 25 years

We loved this rental property in the heart of Newport! We walked most places that we wanted to go. Very comfortable space with all that we needed for the week. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again if we found ourselves in Newport in the future.
this house was perfect for our group of friends to use a home base during a long weekend in town as wedding guests. the house is spacious and the number of bathrooms worked out for our large group. the location is great- central to mansions and thames street.
There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was easy to use and well equipped. We wished there was more outside space.....like a deck or patio......and the barbecue was so small and so inconveniently placed that we never even tried to use it. The master bedroom and bathroom were very nice. The bathroom would have been perfect if there had been a magnifying mirror for my aging eyes.
This was our first vrbo stay. We stayed with our 4 adult children. Very well appointed, well stocked modern kitchen and plenty of towels and linens It was clean and nicely appointed
A little road noise especially in the master bedroom as the house is close to the road but still very nice. We would definitely stay here again
We were pleasantly surprised to learn they had upgraded some of the furniture. The living room has a 3 piece chair and couch set and the dining room table had chairs instead of the benches in the picture. Also the bedroom with the 2 twin beds had a third twin in case you have another guest. The house was clean and modern. The deck though is very small and only holds 4 people and the grill is small and sits on the ground. Walking distance to shopping and attractions and there is a convenient gas station/market 2 blocks away for any missing food items. We had 3 families staying with a variety of ages and everyone enjoyed the stay. Wifi worked great and the big screen TV was perfect for night time relaxing. Plenty of walkable restaurants and breakfast spots.
This house was terrific - very clean and the downtown location was very convenient to for mansion visits, shopping and restaurants. Open kitchen and LR layout, lots of bathrooms, space to park 3 cars, overall very nice.
