Our township has been proudly listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. And our house is just newly renovated and restored to its original wood and floor boards, however, the layout of a heritage house in the olden days remains unchanged.
It is strategically located at the heart of Georgetown, Off Penang Road and Chulia Street.
Our house is specially furnished with wooden pallets furniture and light bulbs hangs to give you a total rustic feel.
Besides that, our kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, bread toaster, microwave, electric cooker and cutleries. Light cooking is totally alright.
Entry via access cards, CCTV in our corridors and home safety box are all available as your safety shall always be our priority.
Spices Heritage is within easy access to many dining options. 5 minutes walk to Penang Road for its famous Penang Cendol, Char Koay Teow, Laksa etc.
A 24 hour Nasi Kandar is right opposite of us, and mural arts are all easily reachable by foot.

Very nice renovated period house.
Not sure why no shower in upstairs bathroom!
Internet was a little slow compared to Thailand but workable.
Cable tv not easy to use and content ok for locals but not visitors from other countries.
Local staff polite and friendly but absent when we left. Had to drop the key next door but as I have heard nothing about it must have been ok
Will use again
