The apartment is fully self contained with cutlery, crockery, gourmet kitchen and utensils, pots and pans and condiments - We supply those little luxuries individualised for each guest all you need bring is your suitcase and some food if you want to cook.
All Bed linens and towels are provided during your stay.

House Rules: TERMS OF ADELAIDE PENTHOUSE APARTMENT
We take all steps possible to maintain a high standard for our guests. Whilst most guests show respect for our property, there are occasional occurrences of abuse. To maintain a good standard, we require all guests to comply with the following conditions.
Please read these conditions carefully.
Payment by the required date of the accommodation tariff quoted WILL CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE of these Terms & Conditions and the booking details.
WHEN AT THE PROPERTY
1.Maintain the security of the premises at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property such as cameras, phones, and computers etc, which are left unattended at the property. Adelaide West Side is not liable for any damage or loss of property, which a person may sustain during their stay.
2.More persons than are booked at the date of reservation will NOT be permitted to reside in the property. No airbeds, sleeping bags, or other temporary accommodation will be permitted at the property during the booking.
3.Notify us of all breakages, damage, failure of electrical or plumbing equipment as soon as practicable. The cost of rectifying any such losses caused by the guest or their visitors may be charged accordingly (See 3. Security Bond). Attendance by care taking/cleaning staff or tradespeople to address maintenance issues will depend on their availability.
4.Leave the property in a neat and tidy manner - REMOVE all rubbish, bottles, food and personal items. Using the dishwasher to wash and put away all dishes and leave bench tops clean. The fee paid at booking DOES NOT includes the cleaning of the oven, dishwashers, stovetop, microwave refrigerator and/or the removal of food items left there. Any such cleaning will incur an extra charge to the guest (See 3. Security Bond).
5.Guests are to remove all rubbish from the lodge on departure. The rubbish bins are located in the yard at the front of the apartment next to the driveway gate. A charge will be applied if rubbish is left inside the apartment. If Staying on a Wednesday night, the rubbish will need to be in the street for collection. Instruction will be forwarded to you.
6.Securely lock the property at the time of departure and return the keys immediately to the secure key lock as per key collection (see further details below).
-------.--- DOMESTIC PETS are permitted on or about the property during the term of the holiday accommodation booking, unless advised otherwise.
8.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodge. Ashtrays are provided outside at the rear.
9.Neighbours are to be respected at all times. No late night or disruptive behaviour is to take place whilst staying at the property.
10.The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognise that any insurance for property damage or loss, which the Landlord may maintain on the property, does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own travel insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired.
2.PAYMENT Balance of Payment
The balance of payment for the tariff is to be paid to us not less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking. If the balance is not paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking, the booking will lapse and the deposit will be forfeited.

Credit Card Payments:
A 2% surcharge applicable to credit card payments excluding initial bond payment. This can be paid via the invoice sent upon request.
If payment is made via Bank Transfer please advise of payment date and receipt number.
3. SECURITY BOND
At the time of booking, we require the initial deposit of $500 to be used as a security bond to cover costs for any breakages, repairs, rubbish removal and/or extra cleaning. This is termed a "Security Deposit". This amount is required in addition to the full tariff. This deposit will be debited if the property is deemed to be left with rubbish requiring removal, repairs are required and/or if extra cleaning is needed. Please refer to Section 1 above. Any damage over $500 or any theft will be lodged with Police. The guest's security bond will be returned via Electronic Funds Transfer within a period of 7 days following departure.
