Luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, Ski-in Ski-out townhouse at Seven Springs newest mountaintop community - SOUTHWIND AT LAKE TAHOE. The unit has 2,400 square feet of living space with two stone fireplaces. It is located directly on the private Southwind community ski trail and lift. Ski down to the lodge at Seven Springs and access the entire mountain. Then ride the lift back to your unit. This unit has free wireless internet, three flat-screen TV's and DVD players, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and hardwood floors. Natural gas fireplaces are located in the living room and the master bedroom. There is a one-car garage and a gas grill on the main level deck. The lower level has a second master bedroom suite and a den with a sleep sofa in addition to a custom ski changing/storage area that exit to the ski trail. The unit has a total of four bedrooms with the following: three queen size bedrooms and one bedroom with two full size beds. The townhouse is luxuriously furnished with three TVs and WIFI

Large well located ski in ski out unit

The location was great in the Southwind development and was ski-in ski-out. The house was large, with 4 bedrooms and an additional room with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen was well equipped.

Summer vacation

The house was in great shape, with an amply stocked kitchen. The only downside was that the beds were pretty hard and squeaky.

Great location for ski in/out!

Good rental for adults and independent kids that are beginning to intermediate level for ski in ski out levels. Easy access to get in and out the village. House was clean and perfect! Thanks again!
