About this property

Break Time is a classic beach bungalow situated on a lagoon and is just a short, 5-minute walk to the beach.

The screened porch extends the entire length of the bungalow and the high rooftop deck provides panoramic views of the island, lagoon, and rookery with nesting snowy egrets. The home offers a king primary bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom has a shower. This bathroom can be accessed through the twin room or living room.

Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball court. Harbor Island is a secured island that does require all guests to have a car pass to access the island. Guest must provide car pass total before their arrival. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles max. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.

As our gift to you for booking with us, we offer free admission to select Sea Islands and Beaufort attractions. Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory and a free kayak rental. It’s our way of saying, “Thanks!”

Amazing Olace

We had the best time. It was perfect for the dogs. The place was immaculate. Great location. I would definitely recommend this place and we are definitely coming back.

Wonderful

This was my family's second time staying here and it was better than before. It's the perfect location to the neighborhood pool and private beach.. Short distance to hunting island as well. The house was super clean and the golf cart was a bonus!

Porch Getaway

This was a very well kept property. Our family loved , loved the screened in porch complete with a hammock, porch swing and rocking chairs. We spent a lot of time out there early in the mornings and afternoons talking , laughing, and reading! The neighborhood and neighbors were fabulous and very welcoming and friendly! The marsh view and star gazing porch was amazing! The property came with a golf cart for easy access to the pool , beach access, and other amenities on the island. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t need for anything. The staff communicated storm warnings to us and checked on us upon arrival. They were so nice but did not hinder our stay in anyway. I’d highly recommend this house and stay again. It was perfect for our family of 4 and poodles.

Awesome house for a beach vacation

Fantastic little house for a couple or small family. Easy beach access and a golf cart to cruise around the island. Roof top deck was extremely nice for full moon viewing.
