Stunning, private 3 double bedroom, 3 bathroom detached Villa located within Pipa Hills, a secluded premium development in Pipa village.
The Villa is very spacious and the large wooden terrace offers the opportunity for relaxed al fresco dinning in a wonderful tropical rain forest environment. Short walk to beach (regularly voted as one of the top 10 beaches in Brazil). Amenities include 2 feature swimming pools and 24hr security. Your perfect holiday rental property.

Um lugar lindo com a natureza belíssima.

A casa é excelente, muito limpa, com roupa de cama de ótima qualidade, travesseiros confortável. Só falta utensílios de cozinha resolvendo isso fica perfeito. Uma bela natureza em volta. Com certeza voltaremos.

Best accomadation in Pipa - book it while available!

Paul's house is the nicest house in what is arguably Pipa's best kept condominium. The house is large and design and furniture are way above what you might expect in a holiday accommodation. The house is extremely safe and very calm. When we stayed we had the pool practically to ourselves the entire time and the children enjoyed watching the monkeys each morning from the balcony. Communication and check-in were spot-on and we enjoyed every minute in Pipa. Thank you for having us and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Ótimo condomínio

A casa do Paul está localizada em um condomínio que sempre que eu entrava dava a sensação de estar em Gramado no RS. Muitas árvores e tudo muito bem cuidado. A localização também é ótima, no anel viário de Pipa, sem ter que passar pelo aperto das vias estreitas. A casa é muito confortável e o silêncio a noite é ótimo para realmente descansar.

Fantástico lugar...sin dudas volvería cuando pudiese...

Más allá que PIPA es un lugar increíble, este condominio o residencia cerrada no puede estar mejor, parece estar construído en una reserva ecológica, es grande, cómodo y lujoso..las piletas son muy grandes casi siempre están vacías y transparentes, tiene hasta un lago con cascada....dormitorios amplios con baños en suite excelentes y muy acogedores, además tiene todos los elementos que se puedan necesitar...microondas, heladera inteligente, wi-fi 12 megas y todo tipo de vajilla y enceres para pasar una excelente temporada. Acceso fácil al centro y playas de toda la región - hay muchas y siempre se va en vehículo - el lugar se siente muy cómodo y seguro. Una estrella menos sólo por la dificultad de estacionar los autos en el parking interno del condominio a 30 mts de la propiedad, por todo lo demás inmejorable. Ideal para parejas adultas...Excelente!!!

A realidade foi superior à expectativa

Nossa estada no chalé foi formidável. O Sr. Paul foi muito atencioso desde o início conosco, tirando todas as nossas dúvidas (e não foram poucas) com a maior paciência do mundo, haja vista esta ter sido a primeira vez que usamos o serviço do site. A beleza e o conforto da casa são ainda superiores aos mostrados na foto e o privê em que ela se localiza é excelente, com uma ótima infraestrutura, contando inclusive com 2 piscinas ainda e um ótimo entorno para caminhadas. O centro de pipa é relativamente perto. Se bem que todas as vezes fomos de carro e sempre encontramos estacionamento (pago e barato) na rua do centro. Em suma, vale muito a pena se hospedar nela. Essa com certeza foi a primeira de muitas outras idas à praia de pipa e a casa do Sr. Paul.
