This spacious, air conditioned light and airy 3 storey townhouse is in a quiet walled South Marina complex which is approached via a guarded entrance.
It is in a building with 5 other properties - another townhouse and the rest 1-2 bedroom apartments.

The property faces the pool/garden.

The pool/garden is shared with an adjacent identical building. The buildings and pool/gardens are fenced inn and very private.

The marble floors and staircases throughout give a welcome coolness from the heat of the day.
Downstairs has an open plan fully fitted kitchen with eating and lounge area, french doors opening to a terrace with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, leading you into the landscaped gardens/pool area.

Downstairs there is one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
Upstairs two further dble bedroom and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling and a four poster bed.
On this floor there is a second larger terrace with a table and comfortable seating.

Lovely stay

Marjatta’s Property is our favourite. We are travelling to El Gouna few times each year and have tried some more diffrent spots for acommodation. This one in South Marina has became the most attractive for us. Thanks to smooth communication with Property manager, Younan too. He solves all possible complications immediately and in friendly way.

...with love to this place

This location in South Mariana is wonderful and villa as itself too. We came back to this property few times already, it is our favorite spot with a grate organization from Marjatta and Younan.

Great stay in El Gouna

It was a pleasure to stay in this house. It is big, nicely furnished and you have all the equipment you need. The garden and pool where well maintained. Communication with host and local administration (Jonah) was very friendly, fast and reliable. We enjoyed our three week stay very very much and can recommend the villa without any hesitation.

We had an excellent stay in El Gouna! The stay in the cottage was very good. Everything was there . Everything was clean and spacious rooms and terrace. The check-in went very well. The communication was very good. The pool and garden nicely taken care of. We can only be satisfied with our stay
