Overseas owner may occasionally visit Sri Lanka and use Master Bedroom, which is otherwise kept locked. Occupants have sole use of apartment majority of the time.

Please be sensitive to the environment and help reduce excessive electricity usage. The ceiling fans and fantastic cross-ventilation reduces the need for air-con usage. Electricity usage above normal 10units/day (approx US$2/day) will be metered and billed at check-out, at US$0.25c per unit of use

Please turn on hot water via switch by shower-room door. Please turn it off after use, to save energy.
