You will be nice and cozy in our comfortable Southwest style townhouse located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the Northeast Heights. There are 3 bedrooms (one queen, one double, and one with 2 twin beds), 2 full baths, a great room with fireplace and a dining area. There is a back yard patio with grill. There is a washer and dryer and the house has an attached 2 car garage. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently updated with new appliances. We have a smart TV, wifi, DVDs, plus games, puzzles, and books if you enjoy quieter entertainment.
There is sleeping space for up to 7. Pets and children are welcome which is why we ask for a refundable damage deposit.

The location is convenient to local shopping, the Ballon Fiesta Park, and the Sandia Crest Tramway, and is a short drive to Santa Fe, the Sandias, and many other attractions in the Albuquerque area
We loved everything about Larry's house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in ABQ. We could tell right away that Larry really cared about his house. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and truly gave us the classic New Mexico experience. We wanted for nothing as the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware and the linen closets were full of all the extras. The location is ideal for hiking in the foothills or driving over to Nob Hill yet it was quiet enough not to feel like you were in the city. We couldn't ask for anything more. Hopefully his home will be available for us to stay at again the next time we come to ABQ.
We had a great stay - lovely, clean comfortable house, just right for a family thanksgiving with friends who live just round the corner. Lots of support and back up if we had needed it.
We found Larry's home to be the perfect place for our recent visit. Most of our activities were located in the north east area of Albuquerque. This location was convenient to the excellent mountain bike/hiking trails at the base of the Sandia mountains, Sandia Casino, 15 minutes to the Sunport, and short drive to shopping and restaurants. The house is lovely, with various gathering areas and beautiful furnishings. The backyard had the best views of the amazing Albuquerque sunsets. A very important component was the use of the 2 car garage.It was a secure place to leave our bikes and it is nice to have the vehicle parked there for security issues. Thank you Larry! We stayed at this lovely town home for a week while visiting family in Albuquerque around the 4th of July. The property was exactly as described online and met our needs very well. House is clean and well maintained. The AC got a lot of use and kept the house at a comfortable level. The location was perfect for us, close proximity to Tramway made getting to nearly anyplace in Albuquerque pretty easy. And the view of the Mesa is just gorgeous - we spotted a few hot air balloons many mornings. This would be a lovely place to stay for the fiesta when the balloons just line the horizon.
The layout of the house is great for families travelling with kids - two bedrooms on one side of the living space and then a master on the other. Allowed our big group to spread out a bit. And the ones with early bedtimes were not impacted by the ones that were up late watching TV or playing games. And for a connected town home, you really just don't notice once inside. No noise from the neighbors at all. We grilled a few times on the BBQ grill and made many meals in the well equipped kitchen. We did have one incident where we needed to call the property owner and it was dealt with quickly and on our timelines. Very satisfied all around. The house was really perfect for our stay and at the price, allowed us to save our funds for day treks around town.
A disposal in the kitchen would be nice - I think almost anyone travelling these days is used to having one at home, so that was a surprise to not have one. And although the yard is quite nice, might consider toning it down to only plants that can be watered on timers so that the renter/landlord do not have to worry about keeping them wet.
A great stay in Albuquerque! Seven in our party from age 30-75. Our arrival was smooth, communication was clear and local contact, Don, was friendly and always available. Thank you for the hospitality, we would love to stay again!
The house was beautifully furnished and located in a nice area of NE Albuquerque. All amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, books, puzzles & games, washer/dryer. Fantastic, private back garden with swing. Slept seven adults, but be advised: extra daybed is in the kitchen, not private OR quiet, once the rest of the household is up & about! It worked for us, but I would recommend sticking with 6 or less.
Overall, comfortable, well-equipped and we really enjoyed it!
Nice updated, remodeled property in a good section of Albuquerque. The owner was helpful and I would highly recommend this property to anybody that's going to be visiting Albuquerque.
