About the property

From honeymoons to reunions, the Lake House has room for everyone.

Vacations on Beaver Lake

A short, 120-yard walk to the water's edge, the Hot Tub Lake House is a perfect home base for gatherings of up to 10 friends, family or coworkers. The Lake House's 3400 square feet includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a glass-walled dining room with seating for all, game room, spacious outdoor facilities, and many other amenities. Beaver Lake is famous for its boating, fishing, clear water, scenic bluffs and shoreline. To help you enjoy the lake, we offer pontoon rentals and boat slips from our nearby main facilities or we can get you in touch with one of the area's best fishing guides. Of course you can swim from the shoreline out your back door, and a local dive shop makes scuba diving in the lake's underwater charm both easy and convenient.

Honeymoons, Anniversaries & Romantic Getaways

While the Lake House is usually only rented by the week during the summer, the rest of the year it caters to shorter stays and different purposes. Yes, our luxurious hot tub accommodates 7 people, but the mood lighting is equally appealing to couples. Yes, the living room has plenty of room in front of the 4K, ultra-HD TV, but the sofa will be just as cozy with only the two of you. During the off season, our rate structure is based on occupancy of up to 4 people, so a couple or two couples traveling together will find the Lake House an affordable and relaxing option. Also for your comfort, every bed is a pillow-top mattress with four pillows and luxurious white linens, and each bedroom comes with satellite HDTV, its own bathroom, and other unique features.

**Adults Only**

We love children, but this space is not designed for them. Sometimes adults need time off to themselves and like our main resort, the Lake House, with its high-end electronics, pool table, leather furniture, hot tub, fire pit, etc., is truly only suited to those age 18 or older.

Birthdays and Other Celebrations

In addition to its spacious living and dining rooms, the Lake House has a lot of room for fun. The game room boasts an 8-foot, slate pool table, wet bar, dart board, high-end sound system with tower speakers, and for you gamers, a PS3 with MOVE controllers driving a 55" 4K Ultra-HDTV. Bring your games.

Immediately outside the game room is the 40-foot long screened porch with a dining table, glider, and a top-of-the-line, 7-person hot tub. Just outside the porch is the outdoor kitchen area and deck. The kitchen area features a 5-burner, stainless-steel grill and a kitchen island with sink and boiling burner. The elevated deck facing Beaver Lake has an additional dining table and a large gas fire pit for cozy evening conversations.

Seasonal Rates, Occupancy & Use of BLC Facilities

The base rate includes 4 guests occupying the two main floors. There is a queen bedroom on the middle, living-dining level and a king bedroom on the lower, game room-hot tub level. The top floor can be opened to accommodate 6 additional guests for $25 per night per guest. It has two bedrooms with private baths, one with a queen bed and another with 2 queen beds. Groups of 4 or fewer can get access to the top floor for an additional $25 per night; just indicate you have 5 guests when making the reservation.

Complimentary Boat Rental or Boat Slip. Any stay of 5 nights or more includes a complimentary, half-day boat rental or the use of a boat slip during your stay. Please inform us when you make the reservation as to your preferred date and time for the boat rental or if you prefer the boat slip instead. This is important to ensure availability.

Access to the Beaver Lakefront Cabins Dock & Lake Facilities Included. The Hot Tub Lake House is owned and operated by Beaver Lakefront Cabin, a resort located 250 yards up the street specifically designed and built for couples to enjoy a romantic getaway. Our dock and lake facilities, including the indoor fishing room, sun deck, picnic area, and complimentary self-propelled watercraft, are available to our Lake House guests to fish, relax, sun bathe, and pedal, paddle or row around the lake. Please be laid back and don't scare away the fish or the couples on their honeymoon.

Note: The docks located below the Lake House are private docks and are not part of the resort. Swimming access to the lake is from the shoreline behind the Lake House. For access from a dock, Lake House guests must use the resort’s facilities.

No Cleaning Fee. Unlike many lake houses, we do not charge a cleaning fee.

The Private Chef Option

To keep your get-together from turning into a big to-do list, consider our private chef option. Chef Bryan Garrett can take the hassle out of feeding a group by providing excellent breakfasts, day baskets, or a dinner feast at very reasonable rates, and the romantic dinner for two is always available just like at the main resort.

Training Seminars, Retreats and Small Weddings

The Lake House provides an excellent venue for business meetings and retreats. The 400 square foot dining room with seating for 10 or more is an excellent spot for training sessions, which could also be catered by our chef for convenience. For small weddings, we can also hook you up with a minister and photographer, and together with the main resort, we can accommodate up to 34 adults overnight. Children are allowed to attend the ceremony but must leave immediately afterwards and may not stay the night.

The best place we've ever stayed!!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the Beaver Lake Hot Tub Lake House this past weekend to celebrate 3 birthdays and enjoy the quaint town of Eureka Springs. We were so excited to experience the town but once we got to the house, it was really hard leaving! This home had it tub, a fire pit, state-of-the art kitchen, comfy beds and 3 private floors, fantastic views, professional decorating, pool table, music piped inside and out...I could go on and on! I've never stayed in such a clean (well thought out design) and beautiful home. We couldn't think of one thing that was missing! Thank you for making this such an amazing trip! We will definitely be back and I've already had 3 relatives view our pictures on facebook and want the VRBO number for their next trips! Thank you again, Don and Dana, Stacy, Kim and Sarah.

Great family getaway

  • 5 of 5

Our family of eight visited for spring break and even though the weather was rainy and cold, we have a wonderful time. The house is incredibly well maintained , spacious, and well-appointed for entertaining. We used the hot tub, pool table, dart board, 3D movies, and heated dock every day. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

The property was gorgeous!

  • 5 of 5

The house was amazing. The decor was really warm and beautiful. Everything we could have wanted and more was provided. We did have an issue with the wifi which we were never able to access. The TV's and electronics all needed some assistance, but once we got settled the outdoor patios were amazing to have family dinner. The marina was so close and again had everything. We really enjoyed the paddle boards, and paddle boats. The pontoon rental was very reasonable and a great way to spend a sunny afternoon on the lake. We hope to be able to visit again.

Fabulous house with beautiful views of the Lake and the Ozarks

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing time at the Lake House - the house was spotless and extremely well appointed - everything was there! Everyone had plenty of space yet we all felt we were enjoying the house together - we loved the outside dining areas and the barbecue with heaters - every detail was well thought out! We enjoyed the pool table and darts board and great sound system! The hot tub was wonderful and very clean! We hired Chef Bryan - the food was excellent and he even got a gluten-free celebration cake for our graduate and left us with no dishes to wash! We would recommend for families or friends! Would definitely come back

A Beautiful spot in the Ozarks

  • 5 of 5

The lodge was GREAT! Had great views of the colors of fall, plenty of room for all to enjoy, and lots of hot water when all five of us were trying to get ready at the same time in the mornings! hahaha It was great girls weekend again always so sorry when it is over! Oh yeah the beds were so comfy....Was worried about the distance to Eureka Springs but actually it gave us more yak time between the ladies. You will not be sorry on renting this little gem.

Eureka Springs is a charming, historical city nestled in a dramatic section of the Ozark Mountains. In the 1880's, the town boomed from a population of 400 to over 4,000 then quickly reached 11,000 as news of the healing properties of Eureka's Springs ushered in an explosion of health spas and hotels catering to the sick and curious. From its heyday in the early 1910's, the population receded to 1500 as medical advances and the decline of passenger trains took their toll leaving behind a rich, yet deteriorating, legacy of Victorian architecture and quirky outposts.

Since the 1960s, successive waves of artists, merchants, preservationists, nature enthusiasts and retirees have arrived to build the vibrant, diverse, free-for-all that is modern day Eureka Springs. Here you will find an abundance of excellent restaurants, art galleries, antique stores, craft shops, live theaters, flea markets, and an assortment of bars and nightclubs for your evening entertainment.

From Eureka Springs west to Beaver Lake and in the surrounding Ozark Mountains, you will find many other vacation activities and unique attractions to fill out your schedule. Consider a visit to the National Historic Register's Blue Springs Heritage Center- sourcing over 38 million gallons a day of clear blue water into it's trout-filled lagoon and inviting gardens. You might also enjoy the 500 acre Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge housing over 100 rescued big cats. The area also offers a variety of outdoor adventures including zip lining, horseback riding, cave tours, Beaver Lake's Belle of the Ozarks, scuba diving near the Beaver Dam, hiking at Lake Leatherwood, bird watching, and of course, the stunning White River that is renowned for its trout fishing and recreational canoeing.
