This beautiful condo is located directly on the white sand beach!

Brand new kitchen!!!... all new cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and backsplash! Check out the pictures... New breakfast bar!!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, cable/color TV with DVD player and remote, and private entrance to screened-in porch. The screened-in porch looks out over the beach, and beautiful water, just perfect for watching the wildlife, including the dolphins! The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a private bath, and closets.

The living room has a soft yellow leather sofa, leather recliner and swivel chair, sliding door to the screened-in porch, and cable/color plasma TV with VCR/DVD and remote. The dining room has glass table to seat 4. The separate eat-in kitchen has all brand new appliances every kitchen could want. New cabinets and granite countertops!

We have included everything you need such as linens, beach chairs, and all the kitchen dishes and utensils. Just bring your family, friends and enjoy!!!

Why Julia chose South Island

The south end of the island as it is quiet, residential and more family oriented. We are across from beautiful Lover's Key. We get to watch all the boats go by and watch the dolphins play right out in front of our condo!!! The south end location allows us to get on/off the island without fighting all the heavy traffic on the north side.

What makes this condo unique

I love sitting on the screened lanai in my reclining chair watching the ocean's gentle tide, the dolphins and birds!!

Awesome Condo, Great Gulf Ocean View!

What a great condo! We throughly enjoyed our family spring break vacation at Ft. Myers Beach, Florida! This fabulous, we'll equipped unit made it all the better! Great GE stainless steel appliances, the stacked front loading washer and dryer was a super plus to have in the unit. Everything worked great during our stay. Was well cleaned, towels and sheets are provided as well as a kitchen with plenty of cookware, plates utensils, glassware. The beach is amazing! There is so much to do and explore around the area. Lots of great resturants and outlet shopping! Highly recommend this condo for your next family vacation to Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful condo, wonderful location

We spent an entire month at this condo in Carlos Point. I was surprised at fast the time went by. This is likely due to the fact that the condo was nicely decorated, the kitchen was great and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our evening adult beverages on our balcony which overlooked the quiet, wide beach that this location offers. Having restaurants, grocery stores nearby as well as having a trolley stop right outside was very convenient. In addition to the condo and location the owner was very attentive via email and phone calls prior to our visit and following up at the end of our to make sure our needs were met. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Good location with luxuries of home

Condo was a great home away from home, with comfortable beds! Easily, the largest beach on Ft. Myers for kids to run and play. Grocery and restaurants nearby, and very close access to Lover's Key. Great to have beach chairs and balls to toss on the beach. Also, DVD, TV, and WIFI (although, with great weather, none of this is necessary!) I would recommend this property to a group of 2 to 4 people. Reasonably priced, with the luxuries of home.
