Greetings from Sri Lanka, "The pearl of the Indian Ocean". We are delighted to host you under our humble roof and invite you to feel free to use the property as your own home.

Also visit the common facilities such as the rooftop garden, gumnasium, BBQ grills, 3 swimming pools, sauna, indoor gaming room, squash courts etc. and use the reserved car park and Wifi free of charge.

Smoking is allowed in the balcony of the apartment.

Please be informed that the property is NOT A SERVICE APARTMENT.

Also please note that you are entitled to use the common areas of the house regardless of the number of guests. (i.e. 1-6 guests)

But the number of bedrooms occupied should be as follows;

1-2 pax : One Bedroom

3-4 pax : Two Bedrooms

5-6 pax : Three Bedrooms

Each additional guest (after 2 guests) will be charged USD 15 extra during the reservation procedure.

About other fees:

You will not be charged for electricity, water and gas for the period you stay and will be bourne by us. But please do take care to switch the air-conditioners and gas off when you are away.

Please accept the small pack of complementary stuff from us. Also feel free to use the tea, coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo/conditioner and basic consumables.

We charge you USD 30 in addition AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE RESERVATION to clean the apartment IN BETWEEN GUESTS and NOT to do the cleaning while you occupy the house.

BUT if you intend to stay a period exceeding 7 days we can arrange ONE house, toilet cleaning, bed linen and towel exchange PER 7 night's stay at a time convenient for both parties.

If you require an ADDITIONAL house clean-up during your stay we can arrange one for USD 30.

Thank you Mr . Fernando for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay in Colombo in your apartment it was neat , clean and well furnished . It was very nice place and the location is near to all facilities and really I would like to stay next time in it when I get the chance to visit Sri Lanka. I recommend the apartment and the owner, Thanks a lot.
