Located less than a half mile from Long Sands Beach (under a 10 minute walk), this home is the perfect location to enjoy your family/friends while relaxing during your seaside vacation.

Spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom is perfect for children with two sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 1 full). The property will comfortably sleep 8.

Open-concept kitchen and living room is ideal for large gatherings. French doors in the kitchen open up into the sun room, perfect for your morning cup of coffee.

Other amenities included with this home: air conditioning, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, flat screen TV with cable and WiFi internet, DVD player, beach cart, lobster pot, newly installed outdoor firepit, and ample parking for 3 cars.

Labor Day Weekend

Our family enjoyed a nice stay and enjoyed Labor Day weekend in York Beach. The house is in a great location, easy walk.

To far away-needs some repairs

The heat pump leaked the first day and they both smelled like and had mold on the fins. Dishwasher wasn’t fully connected. Location was not good for walking to beach, had to cross a busy road. Host was fast to respond and fixed the heat pump right away but farther from the beach then advertised.
