About Teague Gallagher

Now retired. born in Donegal, lived in Wicklow for many years and have good knowledge of surrounding area. Happy to offer plenty of advice and suggestions on places to see and things to do locally.

Teague Gallagher purchased this house in 1987

Why Teague Gallagher chose Ireland

Worked nearby for many years before retiring. This place ticks all the boxes for me. As a person who loves the sea, the house is just a short drive from the beach and Greystones marina. There is a beautiful beach less than 30 mins away with miles of golden sand, paradise. I love walking and am spoiled for choice locations here. Shops, pubs and restaurants are nearby and if you like golf, well ....... you hit the jackpot .....

What makes this house unique

I fell in love with this house the first time I saw it, its a lovely bungalow and it was the location that was the icing on the cake. Over the years I have done a lot of work to it, improving it all the time. Infrastructure in the area has improved alongside. It is a very much sought after area to live because of its proximity to Dublin while living in the

"Home at Last"

  • 5 of 5

My family really enjoyed our stay in Home At Last. The listing description was accurate, the house was in excellent condition, and had everything one could want in a vacation rental. The location allows exploration of Wicklow, yet is close enough to Dublin to allow for visits to the city. The owner was very responsive during booking and was friendly and thoughtful in person. I would highly recommend this property and plan on returning there in the future.

Lovely house in geat location

  • 5 of 5

We spent a wonderful week at "Home at last" and loved coming home to this lovely, cosy home after trips and activities in the area. Teague Gallagher, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything in the house, which is very well equipped and great for kids as they can play in the garden as well as outside on a huge green just opposite the driveway. We can definitely recommend this home with lots of things to do close-by and will be back again for sure.

  • 5 of 5
